It's always a little bit scary finding a new lash artist. Not with Mo at Tonic Beauty Lounge. From the moment you enter you feel the awesome vibe and see the beautiful decor, not to mention a friendly greeting. Mo is an amazing lash artist! She makes you feel welcome and is very knowledgeable. Her service list is impressive. The prices at Tonic Beauty Lounge prices are so good I now book multiple services. He never said there would be a higher price. He charged me $20 more than my daughters. And it's not even what i asked for. I was charged $70 and my daughters were $50. I am so bothered by the way he spoke rudely to me. I wanted to bring my daughter back for other services. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

No terms & conditions were shown to me or provided to me in writing. Brianna made me sign something electronically which I shouldn't have done because she didn't tell me what it was. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that.

They are not clean. The floor is dirty and it smells musty in there. I had to ask the lady to change her gloves because she went to cash someone out at the front, touched money, then came to resume my pedicure. I was grossed out. The massage/scrub are not worth what you pay. There aren't many options in town but I would go anywhere else but here. Save your time and money.

She has opened my eyes to a whole new level of what to expect from a nail salon and nail technician that should honestly be the standard. Cutest little salon. Very clean and sanitary. We were greeted with snacks and drinks and she was so accommodating and patient with my kids. Jennifer is committed to doing your nails in a way that'll strengthen the integrity of your nail. This is especially apparent in her technique of nail prep. Not something you see in many nail salons. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She takes her time and will redo something until she gets it right and everyone is happy. I first saw her for a gel manicure where she HAND PAINTED the checkered pattern one little square at a time. Then, I told her how I've dealt with super dry and deeply cracked heels for as long as I can remember and she got me in right away to start a series of 3-4 pedicures where she focuses on slowly, carefully, and gently smoothing out tough and thick calluses, the right way, restoring a healthy heel.
