When we raised our concerns, the manager's response was just as disappointing. She made no real effort to make things right. Her only solution was to remove the nail polish and attempt to redo the entire pedicure, which she couldn't fix. Despite all of this, we still paid over $150. He asked me to text him pictures of my hair (I provided one here) and he said he was so excited to make me love my hair. He did just that. He was really laid back and fun to talk to while he colored, shampooed and then cut and styled my hair. In the end, I could not be happier. My hair is full of life again and I love the work he did. The shop is little but nice, his station is especially pretty. He offered cookies, water and to adjust the a/c multiple times just to be sure I was comfortable.
