However, when the plastic wrap was removed, I was so cold because the air was on, and I was still in my swimsuit. Also, the tub I just got out of was draining so loud while I was relaxing after my exfoliation. The last part was the massage. It was going well, but I felt like my masseuse put all her body weight into her hands, arms and elbows. She also kept focusing on something that definitely was not a knot. Cute place, nice employees and good location, but I think I'll pass on coming back.

I workout a lot and my body has been very tight and somehow Ana managed to figure out how to untangle everything. Afterwards, my scalp looked very clean so that was a huge success. The part where this experience fell short for me was the blow dry at the end. Unless you were blessed with stick straight hair that needs no styling to look good, you're out of luck. I have a wavy texture and my hair is on the thicker side but these ladies have no clue how to blow dry hair. Even with a round brush there was no actual blow out involved - they just make sure you don't leave with a wet head. I left with a frizzy lions mane and there is no way I could have gone to any other activity following. Overall, my experience was good but I was really hoping this spa would be able to provide a real blowout and it did not deliver.

She just kept saying "I DON'T SEE YOU! You're not here!" before hanging up. There were a few cars on the street, but I was in an hourly zipcar rental and it would've been costly if I got towed. Plus, as you can see in the screenshot, I had time. I saw her lock up and leave as I was crossing the street at the corner. I kept calling and she texted me. "Sorry too late." Which makes zero sense because I wasn't late and she said was willing to take me for a 30 minute or 60 minute massage. If I were late, why not just say that she could only take a 30 minute massage? The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and it sucks for them because I would've loved to find a late night massage place as I'm often up late.
