They also had chewy items like pig snouts and duck heads, antlers, and other organic looking items I have not really seen in other stores. They had a very large tank with beautiful coy. I imagine they were for sale, but they were very mesmerizing to look at. But we have a small animal, and the selection seemed very limited for a small pet for such a large space. They only had two bags of food left for our type of pet, and I did not see too much bedding, toys, or accessories. So even though the store was pretty cool, we would have less of a reason to return. The employees working seemed pretty nice. The customers coming and going for the dog grooming seemed pretty satisfied. The store itself seemed unfinished or still under construction. There were plastic bag coverings and plastic liners separating the areas of the store. I think behind the plastic sheets may have been a grooming or training area. It also seemed like an unfinished warehouse, the floor looked like concrete and the high ceilings also unfinished. So, it is not a fancy store, but that would not have an impact on quality. For us, it lacked products. There are at least two more pet supply shops in the area, but we would come back here to see if the small pet stock has changed.

During a particularly cold day, Rachel went above and beyond by helping Krasivaya try on 7 different pairs of boots to ensure she could finally go outside to do her business. Everyone here is very kind, dedicated and always gives the best care and the best solutions. The selection of natural treats and human-grade foods at Incredipets is really cool to see and you won't find it anywhere else. We especially enjoy Stella and Chewy's Gently Cooked selection of Whole Foods. The variety of soy-free options available has had a profound impact on Krasivaya's diet and overall health, and she was finally able to come off of her prescription diet :). Was then waiting for my wife and other two children to pick out a toy for their puppy. They were promptly yelled at by a staff member for trying to squeak a few toys that the dog would like. They all sound different so they we're trying to find the proper one. She proceeded to scold my wife and kids in front of other shoppers, that she has to hear the squeaking all day and to stop. If she can't handle the sound of toys and animals in a retail environment, she should defiantly work somewhere else Sorry Magoos, but completely unacceptable and will just go somewhere else for now on.

We have been clients there for over a year now, EVERY experience has been wonderful! From the front desk staff to the playfield staff, trainers, dog handlers, EVERYONE is professional, caring and attentive. Levi is trained there once a week and every trainer is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring and incredible! Levi is a challenging dog and he has learned sooo much impulse control there and is on his way to being a gentleman! The playfield staff is on the ball and aware of everything going on around them. They pick up waste promptly and also give LOTS AND LOTS OF TLC to the pups! Levi has boarded there many times as well and it is such a comfort to us to know that he is being lovingly and professionally cared for during those times where we have to board him. He ALWAYS comes home happy and exhausted!! Canine College is a MUST for socialization with other dogs/people and it also gives dogs important mental stimulation. We would be LOST without Canine College! They are a Godsend!!

They play with the dogs, and when I pick up my dog, sometimes, he is not ready to leave as he loves playing with the other dogs in daycare. It's clean, friendly, and safe. Prices are very fair. And they require that all dogs be updated with shots and fecal. So if you are looking for a great place to board your dog where they will have a great time and you will not have to worry about them, Canine College is the place for them.

My pup used to come home exhausted and happy after a full day of play but then was coming home anxious and with gi issues because she was crated for sometimes 3 hours or more at a time. We don't choose daycare for her to be kenneled in a small cage. Many of her favorite 2 legged friends have left and the new staff is not nearly as engaging. We had, for over a year, standing reservations for Monday and Thursday daycare set up (indefinitely,) and all of a sudden our reservations are gone and they have no availability for 3 weeks. I was told it must have been a "computer glitch" which frankly was the final straw. I strongly suspect it is due to the fact I have been vocal on more than one occasion about the extended crate times and short play times. I give 2 stars because if you're looking to board your dog, Canine to five will meet your needs. If you're looking for your dog to come home happily exhausted after playing with their friends, this place no longer comes anywhere close to making that happen. The only exhaustion you're likely to see will be anxiety-induced from being crated for more than half the day.
