The staff, led by the knowledgeable and friendly Selina, truly go the extra mile to make sure our pets are happy and healthy. During a particularly cold day, Rachel went above and beyond by helping Krasivaya try on 7 different pairs of boots to ensure she could finally go outside to do her business. Everyone here is very kind, dedicated and always gives the best care and the best solutions. The selection of natural treats and human-grade foods at Incredipets is really cool to see and you won't find it anywhere else. We especially enjoy Stella and Chewy's Gently Cooked selection of Whole Foods. The variety of soy-free options available has had a profound impact on Krasivaya's diet and overall health, and she was finally able to come off of her prescription diet :). And for special occasions or I love you occasions they have the cutest little bakery where we always stop by to pick up Krasivayas cake (I'll include pictures & video below) I truly appreciate the personalized attention and recommendations provided by the entire staff and family, who truly care about the well-being of my best friend and fur baby. They had some great looking bakery items, but cake and ice cream mix for pet owners who are looking for unique treats. They also had chewy items like pig snouts and duck heads, antlers, and other organic looking items I have not really seen in other stores. They had a very large tank with beautiful coy. I imagine they were for sale, but they were very mesmerizing to look at. But we have a small animal, and the selection seemed very limited for a small pet for such a large space. They only had two bags of food left for our type of pet, and I did not see too much bedding, toys, or accessories. So even though the store was pretty cool, we would have less of a reason to return. The employees working seemed pretty nice. The customers coming and going for the dog grooming seemed pretty satisfied. The store itself seemed unfinished or still under construction. There were plastic bag coverings and plastic liners separating the areas of the store. I think behind the plastic sheets may have been a grooming or training area. It also seemed like an unfinished warehouse, the floor looked like concrete and the high ceilings also unfinished. So, it is not a fancy store, but that would not have an impact on quality. For us, it lacked products. There are at least two more pet supply shops in the area, but we would come back here to see if the small pet stock has changed.

When I arrived at the grooming salon, a young woman at the desk asked me for proof of his rabies vaccine. She didn't introduce herself or wear a name tag. She walked around the desk, put a lead around Bear's neck, then stooped down and grabbed his tail. She didn't speak to him or even extend her hand for him to sniff. She started pulling hair from his matted tail, saying "this will have to be shaved". She stood quickly and said "I can't groom your dog, he bit me. You'll have to take him somewhere else." I apologized and asked if she was okay, but she had disappeared into the salon. I didn't see the bite occur, or the wound, but I honestly don't believe he ever would have done that, if she had made any attempt whatsoever to be friendly with him. I'm shocked that someone who works with pets daily, could have so little knowledge of animal behavior. Based on this experience, I won't return to the store and certainly do not recommend the grooming service at PetSmart's Bloomfield location. There are so many better options available.
