The alignment did not solve the problem, I took it to my actual mechanic and they explained that Belle rarely actually does the work they claim they did and actually fixed the issue. I spent over 150 for zero work. I also listened to the counter people try to poach customers from their own company, the customer came to the wrong location on accident. They are 100% predatory, even to coworkers. I am never going to them again if I can help it.

Depending on what needs repaired, we typically have our vehicle back the same day. They seem to do mostly any vehicle repair from oil changes, brakes, rotors, calipers, air conditioning, heat, exhaust and simply checking for leaks. We have a diesel F-250 that he's replaced the transmission on a few times for us. (This was an after market transmission that we purchased and had shipped to Power Auto and had them install it and remove it again once it became faulty. Not Power's fault for our multiple transmissions.) I've had all of my regular maintenance on my Lincoln done by Power Automotive as well as replacing a transmission in it shortly after I purchased it. I like that they have the ability to text you information/documents about repairs, receipts and even pay using a link on your phone before even arriving to pick up your car. We've built such a great relationship that we fully trust his opinion. I highly recommend using Power Automotive.

Every single mail piece will say you're a winner with a big cash prize (mine said $1000), however what they don't tell you is you won the CHANCE to win $1000. So when you show up, they give you a piece of junk (mass produced tumbler or earbuds etc) and then try to sell you on a car. Total waste of time, do not give people like this your money. To the owners of this dealership: I suggest you should start trying to attract clients through above board good customer service rather than trying to trick people into becoming customers.

After paying my $100 bill get into my car and notice my windshield looks like it was hit with a huge rock. It was NOT there before. I talked to Jeremy one of the mechanics, he had a nervous look on his face and said I would have to call the owner. When I called the owner the owner was nothing but rude on the phone and insisted there was no way to prove they cracked my windshield. I also had another issue that a Ford dealership shop quoted me about $800-$900 dollars. Lane's was able to save me over $500 by checking around and getting me the best price possible. They are always kind and friendly. Needless to say this is the only shop I take my car to,even for the average oil change.
