The I brought up weekly pay. Told my manager that bi-weekly pay is looked at as employers controlling our money because we aren't good with it. They did NOT like this. Less than an hour after suggesting weekly pay, I was fired. I hope my mop job on the floor leaves a taste in their mouths for years to come. I spent a good 10 hours on that lower bay mopping and cleaning up years of garbage. Avoid working here.

I saw there was only 1 and felt I should add my experiences. My family has been taking our cars here for almost 30 years. Extremely reliable and honest service. Fast, fair prices, straight talk and no upsells or unnecessary work. They find what's wrong, fix it, and nothing more. What else can you ask for? We have had numerous quick repairs done at no cost and some extensive diagnosis work done for very little or free. I personally have lived in various cities and been to countless mechanics with numerous cars and have not yet found a repair shop as reliable as Woodwards. He glanced at me again and back at the other man and sarcastically said "I dont know, I dont work here." The other white employee laughed nervously. The young Black man kept walking. The manager glanced at me again and glared at the Black man and finally said "He does, though." I am a middle aged white woman. I left. The whole thing was disgusting.

They both took a solid look at my car and were able to tell me that someone deliberately tampered with my battery. They even called Autozone to help me find a part I needed! I was totally not expecting this but I'm so glad I came in!
