Super friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable and honest about the products. What more can you want? Apparently the store was founded by a guy who is a bodybuilder himself and developed some supplements and uses natural and organic ones for himself and has several PhDs so he knows his shit. He initially developed this for him, but decided others may want it as well, the best way to go into business. This store sells a lot of healthy supplements and has a vegan section, snack section, protein, "hippie" with vitamins and such, and some other stuff I have forgotten which helps with muscle repair and care. Find them right of the Walmart in the corner. The store is well lit and organized. It's larger than my usual GNC Norfolk Premium Outlets store. A lot of product and items displayed nicely. Surface parking is plentiful. Some debris in the lot, but walk up to the store clear of trash. I was assisted by Chuck who was close to the door and immediately responsive. I asked for two products. One was Emergen C and the other Sambucus. Both are products to boost immunity. He had neither and looked on his computer. He apologized after I told him other GNC stores have stocked them. He was friendly and helped the best he could. For a first time experience I would say it was pretty good. I probably would not return since it's not close to where I reside. However, the purchase that put me over could not be used as a discount. I was told it would discount on my next purchase. Ok.. 3. Next purchase, grabbed some items...but was told they recently changed the discount to in house products only. So I could not use the discount. Ok...to their credit they gave me a small percentage off AFTER I protested. 4. This was today, 10/16/2012, I went back against my better judgement but thought I was being too petty. I grabbed all in house products. When my account was pulled up the computer indicated I had not spent enough money for my discount. Store Layout + Products The store has a ton of bulk goods--spices, teas, beans, candies, etc.--but I'll be honest, some bins looked like they hadn't been rotated or updated in a while. I was hesitant to buy anything from them this visit because a few items appeared dusty or outdated. Vibe While I value passion and expertise, the employee's approach felt overbearing at times. I love taking the Nordic Naturals D3 gummies but couldn't find the 5,000 IU except for here in-person. I have bad D deficiency so this was god send for me. Same with finding good low odor white chia seeds. I just wish they placed them near the grains and legumes instead of nuts and seeds. I had a hard time finding them when I visited the store. The deli/meat counter customer service was helpful and efficient. Produce department was organized and everything looked fresh and ripe. Looking forward to revisiting again in the future.

I am not sure if her speechless coworker gave a damn or concurred or was in shock but I felt worthless knowing I would never return!!
