[[HIGHLIGHT]]Body Crave Studio (Formerly: Purely Kneaded) went out of business without notifying customers (who still had active service/account spa packages).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I still have 7 appointments (we paid thousands of dollars for) that I never got to redeem before they closed their doors permanently. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I always received promotional advertisements via emails for treatments and specials that were available; (why didn't we receive an email warning customers to finish their treatments before their going-out-of-business closure?).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I only found out they closed when I tried to call to schedule another appointment (unsuccessfully)... and I only learned they closed the business because of other online client reviews on Facebook (and here on this platform) stating many clients had been defrauded thousands of dollars in the same manner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This review will probably mean nothing in the long-run, but it would have been nice to have received a fair warning after investing so much money that went down the drain. I recently treated myself to a cryoskin treatment after literally working my butt off at the gym. Like, literally...45# off. But I still have a stubborn 'lil sausage roll on my belly and was hoping this might help. The appt was sort of easy - book, pay a deposit but wait for a call to confirm. Arriving and checking in was quick and pleasant, but I didn't really receive any info on what not to do prior to my procedure, but read in the pamphlet I picked up while in the lobby that I shouldn't have worked out that morning? Oops, that would have been helpful to know! Before hand, in spite of I think 4 questionnaires and releases asking about physical / medical history where I indicated I had 2 c-sect, my technician (I think the owner Kim, she was great!) almost wasn't sure I was a candidate for an abdomen treatment if I had scar tissue (most women with multiple c-sects would have scar tissue there), and suggested an alternate treatment (+$$) and that was the part where I thought, oh, here comes the high pressure package push...but it turned out OK and I proceeded with just the cryoskin session I booked. Yes, she offered me packages that were on sale. Yes, she informed me that better results could be achieved with a pack of like 10 treatments. Do I feel like it was high pressure? No. Did this initial treatment work for me? Also no. She said most people lose 1/2 inch to 2 inches in a treatment. Lucky me, I swelled up! No "after" photos for me! In the 3 weeks that followed my treatment, I have continued my regular gym sessions, no booze and clean diet & lots of hydration, but haven't seen anything that I would say I could attribute to the cryo treatment except the loss of a couple hundred in my wallet. I think the results could be subtle but I'm just not quite ready to commit to a larger package that could easily be closer to $3k based on my first treatment. If you're on the fence, know that the whole process wasn't painful or unpleasant and surely, results could vary for every person. read more

I had a cryofacial with Rylee on Monday, December 4. The process was fairly smooth, pictures before and after treatment. Rylee was friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions even ones unrelated to the treatment but about my skin. The cold felt incredible on my face, much to my surprise. I loved Rylee's massage techniques after the cryotherapy part of the treatment. I would see her also for a standard facial. The office space is clean, relaxing and beautiful. There is something to be said about the owner, Kim, who obviously has a green thumb. Anyone who can grow such big beautiful plants is alright with me! Overall, my visit was great! Effective procedures, so 3 stars. Semi-deceptive sales tactics; major oversharing from the owner. I "won" a "limited gift certificate" on IG for $100 off a cryofacial, making it "only" $150. I'm new to cryofacials, so I didn't know at the time -- $150 is about how much they cost, everywhere. I'd rather not be duped into thinking I'm receiving a discount and then charged full price. The procedure itself is as advertised. Nice baby skin afterward. However, I now know the lady who did it is one of twins who own the place; what kind of truck her son drives, who in her family has disabilities and what kind, which of her children and/or children's spouses work and which don't, that her husband is too clingy and she thinks she'd be better if she left him but knows she should be more grateful; on and on and on. I said about 10 words, hoping to be treated to quiet alongside my $150 cryofacial. No such luck. It's a shame; the tech is fabulous. I'll find it elsewhere next time. read more

I do not think that all of the "techs" have the correct licensing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They all are sweet and knowledgeable enough[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the office is very nice I just do not understand how this place isn't labeled a med spa. They are absolutely amazing. They know what treatment would work for you after consultation and they are compassionate.I can easily say, after being stagnant with my efforts of losing weight despite my workouts and eating healthy and doing anything under the sun to fix my metabolism (I have hypothyroid, that turned into Hashimoto), Endospheres was IT for me. I went in there for Cryo treatment and after talking to Veronica about my efforts, my health issues and all, she treated me with Endospheres instead. I went for a single treatment and got pressured into purchasing the larger package - I went home and immediately discussed it with my husband and decided to cancel the package (which they had me prepay AND TIP ON BEFORE SERVICES) so now I'm $2,340 worth of services that they did NOT refund after emailing and calling (had to dispute charges on my credit card since I did not receive them) and I'm STILL two months later waiting for it to be refunded! Purley Kneaded is a great place to get your massages or Cryo therapy or Endospheres. The reason why I chose Purley Kneaded is because their website, it looked like a very inviting place, but once I got there I immediately knew I chose the right business. I clicked with all of the ladies who work there. They are all very professional ,compassionate, and nonjudgmental, and I felt so good about myself being around these really nice ladies. At the end of my process, I not only walked away with nice legs, but I made some great friends! I would recommend Purley Kneaded for all you massage therapy needs. You won't regret your decision.
