Was refereed to Renew Medical Spa by Rebecca a registered nurse. She spoke highly of the spa and offered to do a one on one session with me. This place is immaculate. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. I was brought in to do a skin analysis. I was shocked by how much sun damage I had on my skin. The assessment provides information on skin texture, redness, bacteria, etc. Based off of the breakdown I was recommended to use retinol and facials. I signed up for their Vitamin C facial. Sonia explained the different products that were applied to my face. She made me feel very comfortable while doing my facial. I had never done a facial before and did not know what to expect. The worst advice and service I've ever received from any spa or medical spa. And when I let them know I was not happy the manager made an appointment that the receptionist canceled and never responded or followed up to make right. I went in for a procedure and the tech talked me into a less expensive procedure. Less cost but no benefit. Then I went in for another procedure and the new tech talked me into an entirely different procedure. None of it worked in any way. I have been getting Botox for more than 15 years. They do not know what they are doing. And they have an employee turnover rate that speaks a million words. Bad business. Period. read more

I won't give them my business anymore. I went in for an ipl and when I arrived they asked if u discontinued retinol products for three days prior and I said no nobody told me I needed to do so. So I got the treatment done for my full face and it did not work on my T-zone. The only results I had were my cheeks which was great. So I called to let them know what happened and they said it was my fault because I insisted on getting the treatment even though I had not discontinued the use of retinol products. I said you should redo the T-zone free of charge and they said no they would not I had to pay. I will never go back to renew again read more

I have been coming to Renew Md for a couple of years now. I always have my Botox done with Amanda. She is truly a professional. I had talked to her about fillers but have always been a little scared. When I finally decided to go through with it I requested Amanda as I trust her and have worked with her for a while now. Amanda and Jeannette both worked on me. They are both so fun and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I was truly amazed at the difference. I will always go to Renew MD and see Amanda. I call her an artist because that is what I saw in my face when she was done. I look so much younger and healthier. Especially my lips. I now love to wear lipstick .She even made the vertical lip lines almost unnoticeable when other places told me it couldn't even be done. My cheeks are higher and I now love to put some blush on. My laugh lines while they are still there, are not as deep as they were. I even have a nice jawline again. Incredible work she does. I have had facials there as well. I had botox done between my eyebrows the nurse said all I needed was 10 units. So I agreed.. with in 1 week this did not worked. I called to informed them that the botox did not work. In the past I have botox in a different offic So in July I received a call the office manager that was sorry for no one reach to me and offered the 10 units FREE and I would be paying $10.00 per units if I need more. So at the end of the month "July" I decided to go back and have more Botox. So as of now it did not WORKED I have paid additional because the gal said I need more, as a result there was no change between my eyebrows. Attached is prove that what ever they used did not worked. I went in for IPL. The first treatment was excruciatingly painful. After it was over the tech said "next time make sure they put the numbing gel on" which made me angry because no one told me that was an option. The second treatment was somewhat better and I noticed fading of brown spots and overall better skin tone. The third and final treatment was awful...the tech turned up the intensity without asking. My nose was left with a scar across the bridge that I still have 4 months later, and a week or so later I noticed the dark spots were back as bad as ever. Would not recommend this treatment, or this facility. Communication was severely lacking, as well as consideration for the comfort of clients. read more

For 15+ years I've had a cluster of broken capillaries between my eyes on the bridge of my nose. Not only were the capillaries bright red, but there was a bump there too. I covered it with concealer but it was always something I was self conscious about. My husband encouraged me for several years to consult someone about removing it. I ended up going to a fantastic (and cheaper) place in California (Dr. Selene) to get the expected results from botox. I have never had issues ANYWHERE but RenewMD. I went in to get Botox for the lines between my eyes and told the tech I also need it for headaches . My first Botox appt was in Aug, paid approximately $400 . Within a month & 1/2 ,I had to have it redone as it did not work. I have had Botox before and it always lasted 3-4 months. I paid another $80.00 to re-do the same area. ( she gave me 3 free units) The tech asked me to call her back in 2 weeks to see if it worked. It did not. Yesterday I had ANOTHER re-do appt and was told Maybe I absorb the Botox too fast or build up antibodies against Botox or age can be a factor also. ( so it's MY fault). For another 22 units and only $285.00 she'll try it again in differant areas on my forehead and MAYBE it will work this time or there's a chance it won't. I said Thanks but no thanks and walked out..I don't expect miracles but I do expect a product to work as advertised and a tech to at least care if I was happy with my treatment.
