When you are suffering from a loss, that type of assistance is a true gift. They transformed a plain looking hall into a beautiful setting. We assisted them with the set up and they were appreciative. They were helpful in helping us find the caterer and bartender set up. Shonna put together a beautiful display of flowers for us. The floral theme was beautifully elegant for our small wedding. I didn't want to let go of my bouquet!!! The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

You…read moreaddressed the photo booth operator's attitude in a defensive manner, but incessantly fail to accept that THIS particular photo booth did not function properly. I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. Not cool Ryan, to publicize photos of customers who opted for a "PRIVATE" album. It definitely proves your original claim was untruthful though. Mission complete!

They created our race registrations, walked us thru how to plan with the city and sheriff department for permits and traffic plans. Kandee and Mark also worked with us to get the race bibs designed and shared tips for planning from their 30+ years of experience. They even got us connected with cliff bar to get donations delivered for the post-race snacks. The actual event went went smoothly because they are a well-oiled machine. They were timely, efficient, and very professional. The race route was also safe, well planned, and was cleaned up quickly after the event. They gave us great advice both before and during the event. And now helping us with ideas for an even smoother operation next year. Their patience and knowledge were appreciated throughout the process. This is their family business and you can see just how much passion they have for the work and the joy they get from helping groups like ours hold a successful event. Highly recommend.

Someone else's Chonnies were in there . The was no soap in either the sink or shower . So I used the shampoo to wash my hands and face . No coffee cups . BUT I slept like a baby . The room was clean-ish, but absolutely not a place I would stay at again or recommend. There were cobwebs on our mini fridge, a gap in the door where you can see daylight, dusty outlet extender on the bedside table. It sounds silly, but I would not expect it. The baseboards had dirty grime on them like they were wiped with a dirty towel. The biggest positive is that the bed was not as bad as I expected compared to rest of the room (not that the bed was luxurious, I was not expecting to sleep well, and surprisingly, I did... only bonus).

We were living in New York City and planning to hold the wedding at my family's vineyard in Murphys, so we needed someone on the ground who really knew the area and vendors and could communicate concepts and logistics efficiently over phone and email, as well as make the most out of limited in-person visits. We were so impressed with Erin's ability to perfectly understand our vision, the look and feel we were going for based on just a few phone conversations, two in-person visits and some back-and-forth feedback on Pinterest images. All of that to say, even a just moderate amount of guidance goes very far with Erin. In terms of personality, Erin struck a good balance between being personable/fun/making us feel comfortable and being very focused and getting down to business. She enabled us to enjoy the planning process while also keeping us on track. Erin is also a straight-shooter and will give you a sense of what is do-able and what might need adjusting. In those cases, however, she never seems to say "no", but rather a "what about this approach"...and they are usually really great ideas. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her team were amazing. So patient with guests and moving the schedule along perfectly. Erin runs a tight ship without anyone really noticing--every scheduled piece was totally on-time! During the reception dinner we inevitably would have guests coming up to us, one after the other, to congratulate us and chat, which is expected. As a result, we really weren't eating and needed to move onto the cake cutting or something. Erin, very smoothly, would kindly interrupt and get us back to finish our dinner so that we could move on. I really appreciated that because we as the couple don't really want to cut these conversations short. I would absolutely recommend Erin and her team for events in the area. My husband and I first started working with Rosie in 2019, with the intention of a May 2020 wedding. Covid, of course, had other ideas, and we had to reschedule for July 2021. Rosie was with us through every step of that process. She was patient, empathic, and in regular contact as we made the difficult decision quite early in the pandemic to reschedule our event. As a result, we worked closely with Rosie for almost 2 years! She was easy to reach, happy to have a quick chat to plan or talk through minute quirks, and so amenable and open to any of our ideas. She is well connected to many vendors in the area, which was helpful all throughout the process. Rosie excels at balancing what's practical and feasible for an event of your size, while incorporating the elements that make each couple unique. She also has so many fun props and decorations available (e.g., she let us convert her lemonade stand into a frozen banana stand for a cocktail hour giveaway). From the initial setup on Thursday to the final tear down on Sunday, Rosie & her team were there. She helped us with coordinating all of the vendors in an advance and on-site. We truly could not have pulled off the event without her. She regularly thought a few steps ahead of us, and she worked seamlessly with her team to resolve any issues that came up. Everyone was so nice and friendly, too. Our guests had an amazing time and we owe so much of that to Rosie and her team. We give her our highest recommendation.
