I first contacted Linkins Pool Service in May, 2025. I needed an old pool removed and a new one…read moreinstalled. Darin had done work for us when he worked for another company so I thought he would be good to work with. He came to our home 5/28/25, looked at our existing pool and gave me a quote. I agreed and understood us to have a verbal agreement. Via text, he advised me on which pool to purchase. I spent nearly $2k on a new pool and then....Nothing. No response to text or calls (I still have all texts and responses.). I cleaned up old pool and used it one more season. He explained the next winter that he lost his phone and would get to me in the spring if I notified him. So, I reached out to him March 19, 2026. He told me he would check his schedule and get back to me. Three additional texts from me in March and April inquiring about when to expect him went with no response. I finally reached out to someone else and got old pool removed and new installed w/i two weeks. The folks who did it were not "professional pool folks" but did a fine job.

I contacted Allen Pools for my liner failure after 5th year, Aloha would not honor warranty so I contacted Allen pools. They were prompt, professional, best pricing for liner. I am very happy with the job they done. They installed the new liner and replaces all face covers and return covers. It is absolutely beautiful. We have had several issues with our Pentair pump. It was installed in 2022. And guess what, the ONLY Pentair technician is David Roos of Roos Pools. Our most recent issue with this pump began in January. Our communication with David Roos began on January 07, 2026. He will NOT show up when he says he will. It takes tremendous effort on our part to get honest, transparent communication from him. Pentair finally sent the part TO OUR HOME and we still could not get him to stand by his word. Pentair sent this latest part and it arrived in two days. 16 days later, David showed up after many attempts to get him there, after many lies about coming and then not. He stated that Pentair sent the wrong part and said they were sending out the next day. This was 12 days ago. He continuously tells us that the part hasn't shipped or been received. I called Pentair today and they confirmed David's story as a lie. They are contacting him and I am going to just pray no one else has to rely on them for anything.

Needed a new pressure relief valve installed on my water line. Neighbor had a similar issue…read morepreviously and gave me the cell number for Barry. Phoned Barry late on Wednesday afternoon, and after describing my issue he suggested I phone the office to make an appointment. Phoned and spoke with Macy that afternoon and make an appointment for Friday morning (second in line for Friday). Around 0210pm on Friday I had to call the office as no one had come by the house nor called to let me know when I could expect someone. Was told they had a water line break they had to make a priority over my issue. Understandable. What was not was the fact no one thought it wise to not to not call a customer for roughly six hours that it was unlikely they would honor their appointment. Then tell me they could come after hours if I would pay the Over-Time rate. So, they would not honor their commitment and expect me to pay extra for their failure. Instead, I asked to reschedule. Macy offered a late Monday spot, but could not guarantee they could make it if other jobs ran late. Again, was told they could come outside hours if I paid OT rates for their inability to fulfill their commitment. She said I could get the first appointment for Tuesday, the next day. I took that option. So, Barry sends me a text at 0816am on Tuesday that he is running late as no one told him he had an appointment with me and he had to do something with a child at school. Adding that "I'll be there asap." I am typing this at 0125pm on Tuesday and Barry is not here yet nor has he or anyone from Turner Plumbing called to update. Just the facts. Make your own judgement.
