I agree 100% with the other reviewer. It is really like being on an assembly line. It's like they're on a timer. You x amount of time now. Move along. When my wife came down wth a severe rash we were unable to get in to see a dermatologist. I am very sad to tell you that the Optometry Department is bad. I spent $450.00 on glasses that I cannot wear. I've been coming here for years and today, because I was a few minutes late due to train traffic, I had to schedule a second appointment to be able to talk to the pediatric dermatologist about my child's appointment results!! What? I've had to sit for 30+ minutes past my appointment time before, it's just what you know will happen when you go to the Dr. He wouldn't even talk about whatever there was to talk about. I was very hesitant to come here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Came in to be seen by a dermatologist for an acne consultation at 11. I was immediately able to walk up to the check-in counter. Sharon helped me and was very kind. I was seen within 2 minutes of sitting down so right at my appointment time. I was seen by Jennifer Pinson who was very nice as well. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions. Even told me the price of the prescription. Check out was easy and a younger blonde female helped me schedule my next appointment. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Overall, great experience! read more

The doctor was good, but the billing process is full of lies. If you conduct a visit for a online through the health lens platform they bill you immediately for $75-$100. What they don't tell you is they secretly go and bill your insurance for more and if your insurance rejects you still owe them hundreds of dollars. Their excuse it was some where in the patient agreement. The true cost of these visits is $200+ if you have a high deductible plan. This is a very manipulative billing practice and should be made clear directly on the website payment screen PRIOR TO appointment scheduling. read more

I will never return here. I am so furious right now! I booked an appt in JANUARY, first opening was March 5. TWO DAYS BEFORE MY APPT, March 3, they call me and tell me they booked me with someone who doesn't take my insurance and to get in with another provider it will be May!!! They had my insurance the day I called and booked the appointment?! Also, they are listed as a premier program on my preferred providers list for my insurance so WTH. I went back to have warts removed, the doc removed 4 or 5. I stated I've felt more on the back of my calf, but it's difficult to see myself. If I could give this place a negative star review I would :) If you want your Botox to work, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN because they do not know what they're doing. I've been getting Botox for a very long time, longer than the person that I let inject me, Libby..so I know that it only takes 24 hours for it to kick in and my brows won't move-one of their employees even agreed that it should take 14 days to work. I pray that they spend the rest of their miserable lives on things that don't work for them, like the Botox injections that she gave me and receive the same petty customer service that they gave me. What a waste of my time. The Cascade Eye Clinic from Auburn set up an appointment for me at the Puyallup location for a Lasik consultation. After waiting one month and I visited and spoke with a young lady who looks like they just got out of high school. She told me that I wasn't a candidate for Lasik surgery. She kept walking out of the room for counsel with Dr. Chen. It's an insult when one takes the time out of the day for an appointment with a specialist and they just ignore you. Wuhan Corona Pandemic: I e-mailed my dermatologist to request that she wear a mask because I am categorized as a "high risk" person because of my age and two serious medical conditions. She refused!!!!!!!!! First because they could only use the masks sparingly and then again when I offered to bring one for her and her assistant. OMG...........I will never go there again. I find it horrible that I am an established patient for over 10 years and couldn't get an appointment for a worrisome new misshaped mole on my arm, appointment wait was for over 3 months so I had to go somewhere else.....the receptionist told me it is because they are seeing Kaiser patients now so I guess patient with double private insurance and established doesn't mean anything to them. Went in for hair loss concerns. The doctor I spoke with said she suspected it is likely something internal and ordered labs to be done. She gave me the impression that regardless, we would try to find the root cause. I did my labs and Cascade got back to me and said "your labs are normal. Your doctor said to take Nutrafol." I asked if there was going to be a follow-up appointment since supposedly my labs were normal, yet I still am experiencing hair loss. She said "well if you want to but they didn't say you needed one." All that just to be told to take Nutrafol without even trying to figure out why. On top of that, they sent me a $200 bill. The appointment itself was maybe 15 minutes and they charge me $200. I spent less than that at the ER where I had X-rays done. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I have been a patient at Cascade Eye & Skin Centers for about 15 years. I have gone to them for all of my skin care and even went there for lasik several years back. I always had good experiences. Until recently. Whatever is happening at their business, one can no longer get an appointment within a reasonable period of time. Example: they called to reschedule an appointment 8 weeks from the date of this call. The soonest available opening was 5 MONTHS from this date. Heaven forbid one actually has some kind of skin emergency - they wouldn't be able to be seen. In order to receive care, I am having to go to another dermatologist. read more

I love Cascade iron skin at sunrise they are good or whatever they do the one here on meridian in Puyallup no way I had a doctor came in from my eyes I had a infection he spent 3 minutes with me gave me a big bottle of antibiotics which I never had antibiotics for my eyes every time I go to sunrise they know exactly what to do but since I live now down here in Puyallup I went to the closest one anyway he gives me a ton of antibiotics I said how long do I take it he says I don't know as long as you want and then I went to my family doctor on a physical and when I told him what I was on and he said how long do you have to be on it I said he just said whenever and he thought what I never heard anything like that so I had to get off of that because I have liver disease anyway [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would not recommend the one on meridian at all no bedside manners and I've heard this about other people telling me about it too so it must be true[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] stay with sunrise they're great people read more

I have been seeing Dr. Park at Cascade Eye and Skin for about 10 years. He has a fantastic bed side manner and is very efficient. He explains everything to me very well. I made the decision to have cataract surgery with a high end lense replacement and I am two weeks post-op for the right eye and 2 days post-op for the left eye. I am amazed at how well I can see immediately after the surgery. The pain was minimal and everyone was incredibly friendly. I am very pleased with everyone at the Puyallup office and Sunrise office.
