We had to make a last-minute adjustment to the food, (adding guests) and Jesse was more than accomodating. Every guest had their favorites, but mine was the mac n cheese. We also had appetizers of chicken wings (great sauce) a cheese and meats tray. Then there were the best ribs my husband's ever tasted. Salad, honey cornbread, everything was cooked to perfection and somehow kept at the perfect temperature. It was at a campground, and I had volunteers on hand to handle the service. I just needed the deliverables. Saul immediately started giving me advice and at first I thought he was "mijo-ing" me. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. This man was solving all of my problems remotely because his intention was to give good service for a party he would not attend. The food was ready for pickup on time and the guests loved it. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event.
