She was doing some impressive customer service gymnastics trying to arrange for Anthony to get out to the house later that day or early evening. I told her it was not that dire and sometime in the next day or two would be fine. We arranged a 0830 appointment for the following day, Anthony arrived on time, was able to assess the situation and performed the needed maintenance and my system and running in no time. Pensacola Heating and Air are my HVAC folks, they do great work, they do it for a reasonable price, and they treat their customers as if they were servicing a family member. I really don't know what else I could ask for. I am on a service plan with Pensacola Hearing and Air. They have always taken good care of me in the past and I know they will in years to come.

The service totaled ~$1500 and the carpet reinstal was horrendously bad. There were waves in one room, heights exceeding 1-2 inches that Duggins returned to fix. They also didn't stretch it at all according to another company I had fix their mess. Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad.

I want to address the -1 star immediately, this is due to price alone. In Miami, I booked a Move-out Clean and it was $315 - they were amazing and the home was about 1,700 SqFt (3 BR 2.5 Bth) - Move Outs cleans are ROUGH for sure. Here I booked a Move-in Clean, mostly for construction clean up and it was $370 for a 1,017 SqFt (2 BR 2 Bth) IMO the work was way lighter and I was quite shocked but they did do a great job. Some of the cleaners left steaks on the bathroom floors which easily show footprints but other than that I think the house looks amazing, I am still just getting over the sticker shock I guess.- I do apologize for the -1 star but I can't seem to get over the huge price difference for the home size and work required. The Cleaning Maids were Phenomenal - clear, concise communication, got in and out - sent me photos, and payment was a breeze - I would definitely use them again however, I think I would be shopping around first - again this is solely due to the pricing of services but maybe this is a higher-priced area...for cleaning.....
