The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.

Also, a lot of the Hwy 98 construction is finally done so it's much easier to access. I've donated plenty of stuff throughout the past couple years without issues, primarily household goods and clothes. I have watched the donation center since the beginning of Covid wanting to drop items off. At first I wasn't annoyed that they seemed to be closed down most of the time because of obvious reasons. At one point they had put cones in their driveway in an attempt to keep people out but it didn't work. Donations filled the blue box and the surrounding 100 square feet. Finally in late summer I began to see people working, the donations cleared out, and I even took a couple of bags of kids clothes there. And now in mid October, with a trunk load of kids clothes, it appears to be shut down again. This time they put skids at their driveway blocking people from using the box even. It is about 3 o'clock on a Tuesday and not a soul in sight. No signs as to why either. I wouldn't do all the hard work loading things up expecting to drop them off here.

Having lived in Florida for more than 30 years and having had 2 previous homes built I have never encountered an issue with my walls leaking! And that is only one of the issues with this home. I have sent in requests to have the leak areas repaired (less than 5 months old and home still under warranty) and the response I have received is a cookie cutter response: Our area has experienced a major weather event which has the potential to cause damage and / or water intrusion to your home. At the time your home was constructed, the envelope was designed and built to maintain a dry interior under normal weather conditions. During a major weather event with excessive wind, you may experience water intrusion near or around windows, doors, concrete block walls and from roof penetrations. The exterior paint is not "waterproof" and may allow water intrusion to the porous block walls which may eventually seep into the home after an extended exposure to wind and rain. This type of water intrusion or damage to the home is not considered warranty and any damage you have must be turned over to your home insurance carrier. 30 years in Florida and I have NEVER had water come in through a concrete wall, even during Hurricane Charley.
