Also No phone number to speak to an actual person to make a complaint. This driver needs some serious training on how to make deliveries. You do not stop in the MIDDLE of the street to deliver a package BESIDE a parked car so no cars can get around you. You need to pull over to the side of the road - behind a car - not beside it. Nor should the driver be telling a customer "that you haven't gotten laid in awhile" or making cat sounds either in reply to the customer telling you to move over from the middle of the road. Unbelievably unprofessional - this driver needs to be reprimanded and given training on how to do his job. I will NOT be using UPS in future.

Unknown to the wider public of late-package-senders and complicated-question-askers, this teeny tiny outpost had no lines and still friendly staff midway through the holiday rush. I could hardly believe it! The wonderful man behind the counter commiserated in my rushing through the supposedly cheery hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, found a cheaper way to send what needed to be sent without compromising on the delivery date, and even offered to better package it with some extra packing paper and tape that he had on hand. And get this: he offered to do so for free, simply out of the good of his own heart. SERIOUSLY, YOU GUYS. This place is magic. Don't tell your friends...

Customer service reported that it could not delivered because of a wrong address. I went there to pick it up. The address was RIGHT. I talked to the location manager and he claimed that there was no "unit number"!!. The business name is on it "Montebello Medical. Check Google Street View of "Montebello Medical" to see the street sign, it is more than 10 meters wide.

As a result I started keeping close tabs on our parcel early on. Our stuff had initially been shipped March 20th and I was delighted when I saw that it had 'arrived' in Halifax April 1st. Two days later still no package and the website now stated that my address was difficult to locate and would be taking extra time. I live on the corner of two pretty main intersections so I was at a bit of a loss as to what the confusion might be? When I called the 1-800 purolator number I was even more surprised to find out that purolator keeps regular business hours (more or less) ie- not open weekends to field queries, etc. Overall, we did get our stuff in the end but I expected a bit more from such a shipping big name.

According to Purolator their gps says that the parcel was delivered and yet the photo provided…read moreisn't my home. I provided photos of my home, clearly showing it isn't where it was delivered, but they say their GPS is accurate so they close the case. Not only that, I have a camera out front, and I showed them the time frame they said it was delivered showing no one came up the driveway. Their drivers have done this repeatedly. Absolute liers. Their GPS is just a general area, there are over a dozen homes in the area. They are criminal.
