I needed a Dumpster for an out of state move and came across this company. They are the most reasonably priced compared to others. If you order online you can get their special rental rates. This process was very seamless and was my first time renting a dumpster. I wish they were going to be in the state I'm moving to because I would totally use them again and recommend them highly. The only thing that I really had a small issue with is the fact that they don't communicate a drop off or pickup time of the dumpster. So make sure you're specific with the times you would like it dropped off and picked up because I think they probably have set windows of time available but not positive on this. I have a sloped angled driveway and my driver dropped the dumpster right where I asked him to. I was a residential customer for about 2 years when I got a notice on my garbage can in July that my day was changing; I thought nothing of it except that they must be switching up the routes. I then received a letter on August 10 that they had sold the residential part of their business effective JULY 1!!!!!! I think that it is bad business practice to wait 6 weeks to notify your customers of the change. I chose Waste Tech because they were very nice to deal with, had great prices, and were tech savvy with reminders to customers about delays/holidays. The company that they sold to was not friendly and had the highest prices when I had gotten quotes; I don't want to be their customer. I wish they had had the common courtesy to let their customers make the decision to move forward with the new company or switch to another. I am very sad to have to part ways on such a sour note. read more

I had my wife try her email, she did both her personal and work emails and they were both rejected. When I did an online chat they told me that everything was fine on their end, that they had been getting orders all day. Well, they didn't get mine. Where to begin. I just recently bought a home and never rented a dumpster before. I logged onto their site and noticed a 10 yard dumpster for $259. Mind you that 10 yards equals 30 feet long. I ordered the dumpster and when it arrived it was small 12 foot x 3 1/2 dumpster which adds up to 10 "CUBIC" yards. I called to complain that I had received the wrong dumpster and the owner stated that the dumpster is a 10 cubic yard which is not indicated on the heading of the posting on their site. I just received an invoice and they said I went over the tons in weight which I would not of if I would of known the 10 yard dumpster wasn't actually 10 yards. All in all, the verbiage on their site is deceiving so be careful. Don't bother calling because they just make you feel like you're not competent and not a reasonable human being for thinking that 10 yard dumpster would be 30 feet long. read more

Just like R.C. Waste Tech overcharged me on the weight. Based on known densities of what I threw out (lumber) I calculated a weight with an error margin of +/- 200 pounds. I was well under the 1 1/2 ton limit but they charged me for an extra ton (2.35 tons total). I requested a weight ticket which they provided but invoice numbers don't match. Moral of the story...be prepared to pay towards Waste Techs' profit margin! read more
