The tank was severly compacted due to ?? 20 years of neglect. Due to the compaction, was not able to properly pump out easily. Dickie offered to go to his next stop, come back and force flush the remaining sludge in order to perform a full and complete pumpout. I agreed, and within 2 hours he was back, ran hoses again and was successful in dislodging and completly cleaning out the compacted sludge. Instead of charging me for two pumpouts, as would be customary I'm sure from any other company, we agreed pn a very reasonable extra charge for the additional time and work. Excellent service, clear explanations of condition of system and recommended fiture actions. Thank you Dickie, and would highly recommend.

They went above and beyond by tracking down town records ahead of time, then came on site and located the system quickly and accurately. The price was very fair with no surprises at all. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We've used Beers Septic for routine needs in the past and will absolutely continue to use them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic services.

I cannot say enough great things about Lowe's Moving & Storage in Waterford. Tony Lowe has moved me…read moreseven times, and every single move has been nothing short of incredible. Tony, as the owner, is personally on site for every job, which speaks volumes. His team is professional, caring, and works incredibly hard. They always show up exactly when they say they will, and in all seven moves, not one single item has ever been broken. The care they take in packing, wrapping, and protecting belongings is truly exceptional. As a realtor, I not only trust Tony with my own moves, but I confidently recommend him to all of my clients. There is simply no other local moving company that compares to Tony and his team when it comes to reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind. If you're looking for a mover you can fully trust, this is the one.

What should have been a fairly easy move became complicated and confused. I was living with my…read morefather in a small apartment, and I needed to return to my own home. The only designations for the items were to go to my home or Goodwill. Easy, right? All the furniture basically was designated to go to Goodwill. I was told by Tony Lowe that it wasn't good enough for Goodwill. There were cherry pieces, a hutch, end tables and a nightstand that were original Pennsylvania House furniture purchased in Terryville, Connecticut. This was like insulting my parents themselves. The furniture was nicked up in the previous move as we went with a more discount mover. However, it certainly was good enough for Goodwill or better. This person brought about seven college-aged guys with him which I thought was ludicrous for a small move. So instead of giving my instructions once I had to say the same things repeatedly. The guys were very nice, although their boss was pompous, condescending, insensitive, and was even laughing at me. From the start he was a rude jerk. I never remember a move being this bad. I was in a lot of pain, soon to be followed by much more pain because the movers left a lot of stuff behind that I had to manually move myself. The whole job felt rushed because they told us repeatedly that they were on their way to another job which sounded much more important, a mansion as one of the guys said. My sister who hired this mover must not have read the other negative reviews. I had a simple request for a special litter box to be brought over. I bagged up the clean litter and put it inside the litter box. Things are expensive now, and I don't have money to waste. Tony basically laughed in my face, and they threw away the litter box, I'm sure. My mother's special pink stool that I shouldn't have entrusted to them, never made it to my home. I believe some special Christmas ornaments, as well, never made it to my home. It would have gone much smoother with maybe two or three guys at the most. Too many cooks spoil the soup! Many items were left unlabeled, and my sister had indicated that boxed items would be labeled. I did as much preparation as I could in advance. My sister, being the POA, received and paid the bill. I asked to know the amount, but I never received an answer. It's probably outrageous. Then I needed to tip the guys so they didn't get that much because I had $105 on me which had to be divided 7 ways. This bill and tip were my dad's to cover, unfortunately.

It's gotten significantly…read moremore expensive to use, but the biggest issue is the lack of communication on pickup. you request pick up and they send you an email that says... thank you. Then you wait. maybe they'll pick it up tomorrow, maybe they'll pick it up in 3 weeks. when you reach out to ask them what's happening and when they are picking it up, they basically tell you to be patient and they will come pick it up some day. then one day as some point in the future they come and take it, who knows when. seems to always take weeks though. for the cost and how long it ends up sitting here it's just not worth it. I have ordered for it to be picked up before I even set it up because I assumed it would take forever for them to get it, and they wont keep you informed of whats going on. No call "hey we will be there tomorrow" it's a great idea, and the bag is a good size for home projects or cleanouts etc. but back when it was $300ish, I would deal with it. But all of that lack of communication annnd it's $550 to pick it up. eh, I'll find an alternative.

Easy to set up, just as expensive as a 10 yard roll off and a roll off you can fit way more. Also…read morethe roll of company I use picks up the next day. Bull bag can take up to two weeks. Then the $38.25 environmental impact fee on top of it all. Yeah right. You mean the line their pocket fee. How does $38.25 reduce the environmental impact. Guess what it doesn't. Done using bull crap bag!!
