The only downside was I found the room to be cold. The blankets were not heated. The masseuse, a medical aesthetician, did an excellent job. She also did my manicure and pedicure but it wasn't her strong suit. I'm personally not picky about my nails so it was fine for me, but someone looking for a luxury mani/pedi may want to venture elsewhere. Check-in was easy to do and my RMT was thorough when explaining to me what we would be working on that day and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. She worked out alot of the knots on my neck and upper back and I left feeling like a new person. They also do direct billing which was so helpful and made the whole process much easier. I will be getting my massages from here all the time!
