AVOID!!!
went in with a groupon coupon for hydrafacial, and as someone who has been getting this treatment for years i have NEVER experienced such horrendous work!
i had booked the appointment days in advanced and mentioned it was from groupon -- the receptionist whom i would later find out is also the owner -- was a bit rude and told me that its an extra $15.60 for "regular tax". the groupon coupon was a steal so i didnt mind. first MAJOR red flag.
i arrived early and the receptionist/owner was on the phone, once again sounding angry. once she saw me she quickly switched her tone but told me i needed to wait 15 minutes. i said no problem.
heres the thing, if you have a coupon they will prioritize who is paying full price as two walk ins came after me and went in before i did -- i was looking to see which rooms thinking that the hydrafacial room was being occupied; turns out they just wheel the machine into whatever room is being used.
i layed down and this is where it gets way worse:
- BARE HANDS are used for the procedure
- as the owner is the receptionist whenever the phone would ring or someone would come in she would leave the room and come back; touching the door handle without cleaning her hands inbetween. gross!
- no towels but PAPER TOWELS used to wipe your face. no brushes but "scrubby fingers" (literal word for word when she noticed i was paying attention)
- switched with someone else once who im assuming her regular was came in; this girl is NOT trained at all on the procedure!!!
- STEPS SKIPPED ON HYDRAFACIAL!!!!!!
- the girl literally BURNED my skin because she went over the same spot for multiple minutes, only reason she moved on was because i TOLD HER SHE HAD TO
- a CHEAP FACE MASK was used AND did extractions WITH HER NAILs(???!!?)
i literally had to walk her through but because of the language barrier not much could be done. the owner was at the desk and all she said was "$15.60" without even glancing at me. i asked if that was a hydrafacial and who trained them, where she just went back on the phone. i said they were missing steps where she coldly said back "whats steps?" -- literally no point whatsoever.
honestly the ABSOLUTE WORST service ever. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! read more
