We tried a different place in Evansville before finding Specialty and I got the feeling they did not like my dog and I honestly think she could tell. We went for a few weeks, but she never got over expressing anxiety and stress when I picked her up. I was really nervous about trying a new place but Cortlynn and Jen were so reassuring. We've been going to Specialty for a year and a half and it's even better than our place in NC (which was pretty darned good). She's always happy to go and never nervous or anxious when I pick her up. I also LOVE the community work Jamie does and appreciate the opportunity to contribute to that.

They have a great daycare staff, outstanding groomers, and clean facility for boarding. My dogs look forward to daycare and I look forward to their exhaustion when they come home. Prices are great for all services. And they don't just groom dogs. I highly recommend SPG.

The place I had been going for years closed, so I needed to find a new place. He is my third Persian and their fur can get out of control regardless of how many times I brush. . I always have anxiety dropping off my pets, but I will absolutely go back! Finnegan, my cat, can have strong opinions about things, but he did great! They were so kind and patient and that's truly all we want. Plus a great cut and he even came out with a cute Valentine's Day handkerchief. Very fair price as well. I will absolutely be back!

I have been going to County Seat for years and have always been treated well I have spent alot of…read moremoney there none of which I thought was out of the way until now. I have a small yorkie who has some health conditions that the vet knows his history. Well he had been chewing on a rubber band which he had swallowed did not get choked but I was still concerned. So I take him to the vet just to have him checked out and maybe there was something I could do or they could. It was not life threatening. I know I did not have an appointment and expected to have to wait till they could fit me in which that was no problem I totally understand that but then the receptionist tells me there will be a $75.00 emergency fee and I was still going to have to wait. I don't know what they consider an emergency they sure weren't going to treat it like it was. An emergency to me is right away care I'm not sure why they were going to charge me that, It's not like the vet was closed they were open I just didn't have an appointment which is really sad not like you know when your pet is going to need to be looked at. And also $75.00 plus the examination he would of had done. I just couldn't justify this so I left went to another vet there in princeton which is strictly walkins. They gave him something to make him throw up which he did with the rubberband and charged me $68.00 and I wasn't there 30 minutes which I was well pleased with. Just seems like to me since the county seat has moved up in the business world they don't seem to be a nice as they were.
