He is very calm but has a great sense of humor (which I appreciate), which helps me keep focused when I am getting tired and give my best effort. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile, are very knowledgeable about insurance impacts and are very quick to get you checked in or out. I would recommend AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab in Winter Garden, Florida 100%!

Overall: Provided quick, extensive care all at one location!! Will continue using this location…read moresince it has a combo Orthopedics, Therapy, MRI and X-Ray all in the building. Been a patient for almost two months and well worth it.. I give this location overall a strong 4.33 stars. Won't take too much to push this location to a rounded up 5 overall. Staff: Broken down my Therapy and Medical *Therapy side overall 4.5 stars- Desk was friendly, warm, thorough and professional (McCala) and have been seen by three therapist (Sara, Jason and Lee) that provides personable, thorough, and sometimes challenging therapy service. Overall, they all warm up to you quickly once they get know you and your personality. You choose how you want your relationship with them but I choose jovial. I have been and continue being helped and see a great improvement. *Medical side overall 3.5 star- Front desk is more professional, less personable and warm than Therapy side. Dr Rust and his nurse are the way I personally like it, to the point and available for you to ask questions. They will slow down as needed otherwise they will quickly move on. So don't hesitate to ask questions and slow them down if needed. The rad tech was professional and nice. Environment- 5 stars- The office building these offices are housed is nice, clean and bright. The Drs office has a decent sized waiting room but due to COVID, waiting outside in the hall area is a potential. Medical side has a nice electronic kiosk for checking in so you don't have to go to desk unless u have problems. Therapy side greats you and does check in via front desk staff. Medical Office has X-rays and a big plus, downstairs on first floor is MRI. One stop shopping basically! Therapy has a nice large workout room and basically up to two patients per therapist and at times your the only patient for your therapist. Forget about bringing your phone or put it in the patient shelves. They have TVs on one side of the wall so you never know what movie will be on (e.g. watched the original 1982 "Tron"....blast from the past). All staff both sides wiped everything down, took temp checks, wore masks, made u wash your hands in Therapy before starting, etc. Great hygienic practices.

I will not let this go until I hear back from Someone who is the supervisor of these 2 who treated me so terribly.I had a terrible visit at the Rotman Location on Route 73 in My appointment was for 3 pm with Dr. Mark Wang in the Rothman Building. I was given the appt. By Rothman Orthopedic downstairs. I was told Dr. Wang would be on the THIRD floor (no big deal) but After exiting onto the 4th floor is where my nightmare begins. The first employee I saw was a woman named Cee but she wouldn't Look at me as she sucked the straw of her orange soda so I went To the right and found a woman named "Rasche" she told me something Like she was done for the day and back to Cee I was sent. I told her that I was on the 3rd floor for a while and now I'm up here. Cee replies "Well, Why are you taking that out on me?" She then turned to Rasche and asked Her to "Please take care of 'this ONE' for me I can't deal with "this" now. I ignored that and said that I have An appt. With Dr. Wang......Cee instantly corrects me and said "IT'S WONG" (Rasche also corrected my mispronunciation of the Doctor's name) I told both of them that I had a problem with the kiosks that were at the Elevator's exit door and would Rasche please help me because it was now Past 3 pm. I got so infuriated that I asked myself why am I being subject to This horrible treatment and I haven't met the Doctor yet. I have a badly sprained right wrist and it's a month old. Finally I wander over To the seating area on the 4th floor and I see CEE and Rasche pointing at me While holding onto their IPAD and laughing at me. At this point I felt like the laughing stock and left the building and saw NOBODY And giggling David M Kane

Doctor went from nice to belligerent doing a 180 saying in report I didn't need any treatments total lie! I was 0%. Another lie. Therefore, stopped my benefits & medical & I have co payments and no income WC checks stopped on 11/11 although proved bogus that's a month they owed me. Although, I challenged the lies & 12/9 changed it to I needed PT. Although, put full work duty that was not discussed on 12/9 but, I needed PT and was approved by adjuster this time & FCE approved. Therefore, can't have a test to know accommodations & get a 0% it's contradicting what was stated. More lies. Furthermore, I had a FCE done on 12/30 and got results in Jan permanent sitting accommodation s therefore disabled. Although, I get a n email for an assessment on 1/29 for the dizziness mess. No issue was pain in foot and back causing me not to be able to stand, walk or sit long. So messed up WC doctors & adjusters not always ethical! Be cautious! Know it's not you that they might be getting paid by Insurance carrier & in my case Employers & they aren't always honest. I had another doctor totally unethical & made up reports when I wasn't seen. So, I trust nobody! Just do your part & be your own advocate, be honest & if needed sue them with a jury & hold them accountable for their lies! I was released Jan although, they refuse to send a letter to my work for accommodations. They all need a rude awakening by a judge!

5 Stars for Dr. Tootle. 3 Stars for the front office staff…read more I had a couple of planters warts on one of my feet. After attempting to do the Dr. Scholls home treatments and after my wife giving me enough grief, I decided to go see a specialist. So I log in to my insurance provider to check for a doctor in my network. Once I found Dr. Tootle I decided to call my insurance company to confirm he was indeed in-network and to ask how much my treatment should cost. My insurance company told me I would only need to pay my copay. So with that information, I procced to call and make an appointment. It took a couple of days and about four phone calls to make an appointment. I would follow the prompts and it would ring, then when someone answered I informed them I wanted to make an appointment. On numerous occasions, I sat on hold for 5 minutes. I decided I was going to make one final attempt, but this time when I called and was told to hold I said no. Informed them I was going to be a new patient that if they wanted a new patient to please make me an appointment and not continue to put me on hold. So needless to say an appointment was made. Whoever I was talking to was very nice, she answered my questions and advised me to go online and complete the new patient paperwork. Appointment day arrives. I gave myself plenty of time or so I thought. Parking is a major problem here, now I completely understand this is not their problem, yet it is simply because this is a medical complex that has a hospital and other institutions here, but they should alert new patients on the phone about the parking. After parking on the top floor of the garage and nearly in the last spot available, I walked in at exactly the time of my appointment. They collect my paperwork and asked for my payment. When she told me the amount it seemed off and higher than expected. I paid it anyway and waited for my turn to be seen by Dr. Tootle. The gentleman who can in before the doctor was very nice and helped to ease my mind. I had informed him I had a wart about ten years ago and it was removed and that the process was painful and I can remember it like it was yesterday. He told me not to worry and that Dr. Tootle would take excellent care of me. He was right!!! Dr. Tootle came in, introduced himself to me. He then got right to it to see what was going on. He treated me and told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do. He gave me my paperwork and informed me to check out, out front. WHen I haded over the paperwork I was told it would be an additional seventy something dollars. I told her this didn't make any sense and that I had already called my insurance company to go over the costs. She said they must have done something wrong when quoting me. So I paid the extra money and was on my way. I called my insurance company and was told I was charged too much. The insurance company called the office and took care of it. The office must have immediately voided the charges as they never hit my statement. When I went in for my follow up I paid the correct copay of that visit and the copay for the follow-up. Long story short...when they want to put you on hold say no and just make sure they are billing you correctly. The staff is friendly, they just might need more help or something. Again, Dr. Tootle is awesome. I will go here again, should the need arise.
