It was moist - juicy - throughout, and seasoned to perfection. It's hard to get the light and dark meat done to the same level of tenderness without drying out the breast, but JL rocks it! The sides we had were Baked Beans (a solid entry) and a Vinegar/Pepper Cole Slaw that was addictive as a cold Coke on a hot day. DELICIOUS! JL takes walk up orders (very fast, very friendly service) or there is a pick up window for internet/call in orders. They also aren't a buffet style restaurant which is a great thing in my opinion. They have a good amount of seating but I don't think they'll fit lots of large groups so keep that in mind. They do have a drive thru and you can order food to go. Unfortunately, they are also like other good BBQ places in their limited hours; they are only open Wednesday-Saturday each week so they can't be Sunday dinner or Monday emergency dinner unless you plan well ahead.
