My advice would be that if you are a SCRATCH GOLFER, stay away from this place. The individual who assisted me was fair at best and was very unprofessional since the session only went about 15 minutes, and I was quickly rushed out of the store. Makes you feel that part of their salary is COMMISSION BASED, and if you are not there to get new clubs, upgrades, etc, they will rush you out as quickly as they can. With that being said, I purchased a FULL SET of GEN-6 clubs last year through PXG Headquarters and only got one round out of them prior to my hip replacement surgery last June. The only thing that is saving me from switching to another brand, would be my military discount with PXG. And if the young lady would have taken her time and been more professional, I would have purchased the new BLACK OPS driver using the fitting specs from my fitting session.

I asked about the price of a tune-up; he said "$150, but you don't need a full tune-up. We will only charge what you need." I asked about the crank shaft. He said it was fine. I had issues with the brake lines, but no crank shaft issues. This is significant because I went to the Erik's on 135th St., Overland Park, KS before going to the 95th St. location. I was told the crank shaft needed to be replaced and the cost would be about $147 (including labor). They said if the bike can't be repaired, I could get a comparable bike for $850. I am so glad I followed my instincts at went to the 95th St. location for a second opinion. Great service and honest values goes a long way and I will always return to Erik's on 95th St. Thank you!

The way he spoke with my daughter to help fit her to the right bike was just so sweet. He was helpful and encouraging of her. He was also very respectful. Always asking if he could hold on to her shoulder to show her how to ride or to hold my son's head to try on the helmet. I will definitely be recommending Erik's and Brian to anyone I know looking for a bike. We'll definitely be back!

I have lots of pain when I am on my feet for any period of time. That has all changed with my orthotics from the Good Feet store-my life has been significantly improved since first seeing Chris in the fall of 2019. I have had fabulous follow visits when needed I had any issue with pain increasing or calluses returning-Chris always figured out the problem and made me better! There really isn't a price one could put on the ability to live your life with such a huge improvement in foot pain. Chris even helps me find shoes that will be the best for me and even taught me how to tie my shoes so the bone spurs on top of my feet don't rub on my shoes. Go see Chris if you want good feet !! They told me I should just fix it, and to their credit, gave me some tips. The thing is, we're moving, selling our house, packing, etc. and I'd rather they just help out with a seatpost or offer to schedule a time for me to have them fix it. To me, it felt dismissive. I then inquired about a new bike, something I've been excited about the past few years and saving up for. I told them my budget for it which is on par for a small car, and they said "We aren't gonna have anything in that range." I was a bit shocked, and they clarified it's more due to Covid disrupting the supply vs demand. I know that's an issue, but again, dismissive to be shot down when I have the cash ready to go for a good new road bike. Overall it felt like they couldn't wait to be rid of me in the five minutes I was there. I got to know the folks are two now defunct bike shops and actually enjoyed going in to them. This one definitely didn't bring it for me like the past ones. I get it, they're in a high dollar area and can afford to get by without the friendly neighborhood shop feel, but it's not for me, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

She glared at my daughter for juggling the soccer ball to make sure she liked it, and pretty much refused to engage in any conversation about what we were purchasing. I shop here because the people who work there always seem so excited to suggest products, and genuinely love soccer. Today the store felt totally unwelcoming.

My love for Peloton has reached cult level and it was so fun checking out the storefront in Leawood. The design and layout of the showroom is beautiful. It's pretty small but it's mainly a space for people to test out the bike and treadmill or browse their apparel. I went specifically to make sure I have been riding my bike on the right settings. I booked an appointment online and a nice gentleman spent a quick three minutes as I rode the bike in store. He gave me some great suggestions on the handlebar setting that's helped my riding. I browsed the apparel and chatted with two ladies who were also working. Everyone was incredibly nice. I know there's been lots of frustrations with shipping and delivery delays but if you are in the market for a spin bike look no further. Peloton is the best.
