The way he spoke with my daughter to help fit her to the right bike was just so sweet. He was helpful and encouraging of her. He was also very respectful. Always asking if he could hold on to her shoulder to show her how to ride or to hold my son's head to try on the helmet. I will definitely be recommending Erik's and Brian to anyone I know looking for a bike. We'll definitely be back!

The woman working today was so unfriendly, and acted like helping us find two pairs of cleats, a soccer ball and some shin guards was really disrupting her day. She glared at my daughter for juggling the soccer ball to make sure she liked it, and pretty much refused to engage in any conversation about what we were purchasing. I shop here because the people who work there always seem so excited to suggest products, and genuinely love soccer. Today the store felt totally unwelcoming.

I popped into this one a few times recently, first on my birthday to browse and really enjoyed taking in the sales, and trying on some things, finally settling on some great sweaters. I was really relieved to find that the salespeople working nowadays were such a breath of fresh air from the visits I made ca. 2015. They were people of all shapes and sizes, and they were friendly. I hadn't been into a Lulu in some time so I asked the woman working the floor if they still did repairs as I had a pile of old leggings that had tears and holes that I was hoping to get stitched up at some point. She told me that they stopped that policy but that they do exchanges in most situations if they don't hold up. I was honestly flabbergasted as that seemed almost too good to be true. Needless to say I went home, packed up all my old leggings that had holes and came back a few days later. Now, when I came back there were different sales people on the floor and while they were all very kind, they lacked the confidence the first woman had about me getting these exchanged. They agreed that they had this policy but TWO of them spent a solid 5-10 minutes lecturing me on how to care for my leggings properly. It was almost as if they didn't believe me that I do follow the care instructions (because I do), and that I haven't been a customer for a decade. At the end of the day I got all but one pair exchanged, and they take detailed notes now on which ones you exchanged, why, and add it to your file - I'm assuming so you don't do this a ton. Overall I'm glad I was able to get them exchanged and it certainly extends the life of a product that is still very pricey for what it is. But, I'd honestly rather they bring back their repair policy. I would have been just as happy getting my pants repaired without all of the lecturing and shaming that they put me through just to honor their own policy. I reiterate that they were overall nice and not mean about it, but it definitely made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when I'm just trying to use their product as they intended, with the guarantees they commit to with their performance.
