Not only did he give me plenty of time to explore the various treadmills at my own pace, but he did a great job giving me information about the different models without pushing me into something that I didn't need. I purchased the treadmill on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Tuesday evening at a time that was convenient to me. Eric was part of the delivery team. They brought the new treadmill in and assembled it, making sure it was in proper working order before they left. Not only that, but I was able to use my old treadmill as a trade-in. They took the old one away when they delivered the new one. I will definitely return to this PPP for my future fitness equipment needs.

No. I'll never visit…read morethis place again. "Come for the deals!" There are scant deals. Maybe I'm mistaken, but pricing wasn't much more than retail sales. I believe everything in here comes from Dick's Sporting Goods, but Dick's isn't known for great pricing. I haven't been there in a hundred years it feels like, and the last time I was in one I left - per usual - empty handed. Hardest part of retail is getting the customer through the door. GOTTA CONVERT! Not me. Never convert me. Gotta have those deals on deals on deals... Maybe I'm cheap? Maybe I'm smart? Whatever. My wife got a pair of shorts, Columbia, for $8. We also got some Chief's gear for $7. But it's mostly a sad Nordstrom Rack. 80% of this place is clothes, the other 15% is Shoes...and the remaining 5% is sporting junk. It reminded me of Sears Outlet, or any of those sad places you shop when you were tiny and poor: Flourescent lighting; Too much floor; HOSPITAL TILES; Carpet stolen from 1988 Macy's. I don't know, felt like a really nice thrift store. I hated it. Put up better signs, clearly convert me on the true price of things, maybe label each thing. I saw full retail tags everywhere and just left. My wife thought there might have been 8x11 paper tags on the end of isles, but the kids running this place could honestly care less, so there's that. I had been looking for adjustable dumbbells for a while, and while Johnson advised me they had none, I visited the store anyway. A young, new hire greeted me, listened, and brought me over to a visiting regional supervisor, who confidently told me they were anticipating a shipment within a week. The young man took my info and promised to advise me of any arrival. 12 days later, I called to follow up, and was told I'd be called back by the end of the day with an update. It never came. Two weeks later, I revisited the store, where yet another salesman told me that while they were indeed "at the warehouse", they had no evidence of a real plan for delivery. He suggested I prepay. I declined. Finally, two weeks after this, I made a final call, and the young salesman was able to offer absolutely nothing but an apology. I purchased exactly what I wanted through Walmart, was promised a two week delivery. They arrived two days early. Johnson fitness has a very good product line, but abysmal customer "service".

Every-time the touched something they had gloves on, and every time I tried something they wiped it down and cleaned. One thing I wish they did was sale the accessories in store, but they don't. I was a lucky one and ordered the bike back in May 2020 and was able to receive my bike in less than a week. My love for Peloton has reached cult level and it was so fun checking out the storefront in Leawood. The design and layout of the showroom is beautiful. It's pretty small but it's mainly a space for people to test out the bike and treadmill or browse their apparel. I went specifically to make sure I have been riding my bike on the right settings. I booked an appointment online and a nice gentleman spent a quick three minutes as I rode the bike in store. He gave me some great suggestions on the handlebar setting that's helped my riding. I browsed the apparel and chatted with two ladies who were also working. Everyone was incredibly nice. I know there's been lots of frustrations with shipping and delivery delays but if you are in the market for a spin bike look no further. Peloton is the best.

It wasn't until I went to the fitting room and smelt an awful stench. There were clothes everywhere, but this awful stench filled the room. TO MY COMPLETE AND UTTER DISBELIEF I FOUND A PILE OF HUMAN FECES IN THE CORNER.... Honestly this experience was horrifying, disgusting and traumatizing.
