I have gone to Soccer Master for many many pairs of cleats and other soccer gear, and always had super friendly service. The woman working today was so unfriendly, and acted like helping us find two pairs of cleats, a soccer ball and some shin guards was really disrupting her day. She glared at my daughter for juggling the soccer ball to make sure she liked it, and pretty much refused to engage in any conversation about what we were purchasing. I shop here because the people who work there always seem so excited to suggest products, and genuinely love soccer. Today the store felt totally unwelcoming. read more

They need new customer service reps. There were two girls there working. One on their phone and the other on their laptops. We waited for someone to help us. Wonderful experience! The young men who work here were kind and attentive. They found everything we needed and made the experience super easy (I don't have much soccer knowledge and it's my sons first league). They even shared how they got started at a young age with novice parents also. I'm so glad we went here instead of a big sports store!! Hope these employees get some recognition! read more

Ongoing issues with soccer jerseys with numbers falling off in the wash. After numerous phone calls and emails they agreed to fix the jerseys. This wasn't just one jersey this was a number of jerseys. Another parent is having to take the same jersey back for a 2nd time to get fixed. I understand things happen. My big concern was no one really cared at the company that this is an on going issue. The staff was rude. Acting like they had to take valuable time out of the day to fix them. During the time I sat in the store getting them fixed they had people 7 people deep in line with issues with uniforms. read more

Soccer Master is a great little specialty sports shop that I went to when I played in high school and recently had to go back to buy shoes with a friend for her child. Although there are the big box stores, Soccer Master caters to a single sport and they have a great selection of team uniforms. The associate who helped us was really knowledgable and they could even special order certain items if they were out of your size. It was a fun little place to go back in the day and my recent visit to the new location was just as fun. It is the perfect place to go for all your soccer needs. read more

They also have signs posted not to play soccer on the wall the where employees play ball. Irritating! They had no real helpful suggestions and seemed unconcerned about our query. read more

This is the MECCA of soccer products in the KC metro area. Albeit small and not a bunch of variety, if you're looking for those $150 pair of keeper gloves or one of those disgusting Manchester United kits, this is your spot. Surprisingly, the team of my heart, LIVERPOOL has one of the largest varieties of equipment! At this point you might think that my hatred for Man U and love for the Reds may be my whole point on giving 5 stars but you would be completely wrong. Because . . . . The shoe variety here is what sets them apart from all other stores. Can't find that hot pink with electric adidas shoe that Messi wears, They got it. they also have a huge variety of indoor shoes as well. So the typical settling for a crappy show at another store no longer applies here. As an added bonus they also are experts in team orders for youth squads. So if you're the wife of a Johnson County yuppie and you spearhead your little kid's soccer stuff, you will find this store particularly useful. read more

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Volleyball club uses them for jerseys and spirit wear, so I had no choice. Practice shirt on back order, the rest of my order was in, but no communication as to how I would like the order handled for items in stock and ready to ship, but they did not ship until I had to call them to find the status of my order. No communication on my back ordered item without me contacting them. Asked about my spirit wear for the club, received a snarky response telling me that they told me the shirt is on back order. If they paid any attention to the order number they should have seen that I was asking about a different order. I had to show them the order number I was asking about. Had to ask again about back order item. They fail in communicating any order status. I would tell any person or club to find a different supplier for your gear. If you are looking for items you always have to make the call, they will NEVER call you to update you with your order status. read more

Out of the last 5 places we'd looked for KC Sporting apparel, Soccer Master had the largest variety. They also had a lot colder weather apparel on sale, and we scored an awesome Brasil warm-up jacket for a great price. I think Soccer Master also offers a discount for belonging to certain KC soccer clubs. read more

Not a fan of the flat rate $9.99 shipping rate and no option to pick up at your nearest Soccer Master store, shipping is overpriced, especially if you are in need of 1 item. I spent an extra $25 between shipping and taxes on top of the uniform kit(which is already marked up for profit). Give us the option to pick up in store!! read more

So funny that I read other reviews on here about poor service. The absolute worst I've ever experienced anywhere. I asked someone to measure my son's foot and they actually handed me the shoe sizer. There were 4 employees standing around and not one person helping customers. Have no idea how they stay in business. read more

Great service. It's nice to have people who can answer just about everything we'd need to know about what we were interested in purchasing. They were honest about products and weren't forcing them on us to buy. They stressed buy what you feel is most comfortable, not what the big brands say is best. Also, I had seen an angry couple leave saying sarcastic things at the staff after not being helped even though they made zero attempt to get service. They're not your slaves if you need assistance go up them, it's not like they can read minds. Make an effort yourself. Stop pretending you're so much more important that they should be kneeling at your feet. read more
