Especially; a stuff who sits in front desk and face of the doctor's office ; she has really bad attitude like she doesn't want to be there. If it wasn't for the doctor, we would never come to this office. Last time she gave us such a hard time about prescription. Our pharmacy didn't receive the prescription and she said it takes 72 hours . Never heard that as it should be electronically. When we checked in, she said they are running 1 hour behind. I asked " Even with appointment?" She said yes. Then few minutes later she asked about my appointment time. She realized that we were 3 minutes late to the grace period; she canceled the appointment front of us and made us wait 2.5 hours to be seen out of despite. My confusion, if they are running 1 + behind; us being 3 minutes late pass grace period; why would she cancel the appointment front of us and put us 2.5 hrs behind!!! This is absurd. We never received such a bad service from an office staff like Leilani. Unfortunately we like the doctor and we are stuck with this office. I hope the office takes an action against her. ESPECIALLY SHE WAS RUDE THE WHOLE TIME WITH US.

You have to talk overseas to make appointments you have to do screening before your appointment. They closed the office with no notice no more inpatient visits it's all over the phone. They don't return phone calls. You can't get through on the line if and when you need a medication refill or a dosage to be adjusted. When questioned about why the appointment was never set, the receptionist states "that's why we encourage our patients to call in and check".
