*Update I've added a picture of my pants. I'm a 29" length and my pants were hemmed at 25." I was offered my the manger to bring in my pants for the third time to fix it. I obviously denied that option. None one should have to go to the dry cleaner x3 times to hem two pair of the same pant. Now I'm paying $40 to another dry cleaner to alter my pants and wasting more time and money that should have been done right the first time. Not at any time did they even offer to refund me my money back for the loss of time and money I spent here. read more

Addison was the first staff member we met, she's extremely kind and was very helpful and informative. We look forward to seeing her and just catching up on small talk. She also makes it fun coming here and feeling so welcomed and cared for with such great customer service. We were so happy with the results we received. Our dress clothes for work was so nicely cleaned and pressed. Our son was so impressed with out clothes that he started having his business clothes cleaned and pressed here as well. I they got yellow stains on several of my husband's dress shirts, then lost another one. I've called and stopped in every day for about a week trying to talk to the manager but she either isn't there or won't get on the phone and definitely hasn't returned any phone calls. read more

Not impressed. I've been a customer here for a couple years and have typically had satisfactory service. Recently we took some new curtain panels in to get pressed prior to hanging them. When we went to hang them they looked terrible. I would have been better off just hanging them out of the package. When asked about this and providing pictures of the poor work, they really didn't care. $70 for incredibly shoddy work. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

We started using Eco Green Dry Clean about a year ago. We had just moved to the area and needed a new dry cleaning company. Our first experience wasn't favorable, but they remedied the situation with out any problem and we have never left. We drop my husbands work uniform and dress shirts off weekly and the staff and owners are so friendly and helpful and the shirts and uniforms are always clean and crisp. I have been using Eco Green since I moved about 6 months ago. A couple months ago they said that had to redo one of my shirts and that I could pick it up in a couple of days. I come back by a few days later, shirt isn't done yet. "OK no problem, me when it is done." I wait a week stop by the store and now they can't find the shirt, it is lost. This went on for another week and I get a call saying we found your shirt. I pick it up take it home and guess what?????? not my shirt. I called them to let them know and they started to go down road that indicated I wasn't telling them the truth. I took them the shirt that they gave me which wasn't mine and I saw a shirt hanging in the back of the laundry area and told the clerk, "I think my shirt is similar to that one hanging up in the back." She brings that shirt up and guess what???? It's my shirt. This entire time they were giving me the run around the shirt was at their facility they had ruined it and simply wouldn't fess up. They said they'd have a manager call me to discuss the situation and so far it has been crickets. Proceed at your own risk. read more

Decided to try this dry cleaners out as it's close to the gym I use. Started off easy with just five dress shirts. Not only were the employees extremely nice and friendly, but the time they promised of completion was completely beaten. Less than a full day and the shirts were perfectly done. So I decided to take some more shirts and dress pants. Well, same thing as before. Friendly and kind employees and the order was completed in approx. 20 hours. Not a complaint to be made at all. I highly recommend this place for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs! read more

Based on the other reviews, I decided to try Eco Green when we moved to the area. I've been going to Eco Green now for almost a year and I can say that all of the 5 star reviews are spot on and I thank you for posting! This dry cleaner is so good in what they do in every way, I'm posting my very first Yelp review to help others searching for an excellent dry cleaner, find them like I did. I pass by many other dry cleaners to get to Eco Green but, it's totally worth it. It's a real shame. Been going here for three years. Having similar experience to other reviews. Now that owner is not present, service is terrible. Lost items, repeat issues over and over again. Not so sure about eco clean. Shirts are deteriorating rapidly. Too bad used to recommend this place. read more

if I could give this negative stars I would. Originally I thought they had good service until I took my comforter and 2 pillows there in December. I got my comforter a week later but they didn't have my pillows. Came back again the third time and it was at another location. Came back in February and she said she didn't know how to contact me because their computer system was down. Put it back in and told me it would be $5.99 for the pillows because it took so long and the pillows were STILL not there. My boyfriend tried to pick them up and they raised the price to $14. I was able to go today and informed them I needed to speak to the lady that helped me originally and told me that my total would be $5.99. This lady is NOT reachable and the staff does not believe in correcting the problem at hand rather we are suppose to suck it up that they didn't have the pillows readily available for TWO MONTHS & still pay regular price. The girl at the front desk was rude rolling her eyes and smirking which made it more intolerable. read more

I tried this new cleaner because they had good reviews and it's convenient to where I live. My experience was the worst I've ever had. I dropped off 14 shirts that I counted several times in front of the woman working the drive through. She counted them also and wrote the number of shirts on my receipt. I went back a few days later and picked everything up. Once I got home I realized I only received 13 shirts and immediately returned to cleaners. After explaining what happened, the owner made me wait while she helped everyone else even though I had to get back to work. It was 20 minutes before she looked at the video which she showed me. The missing shirt was in the video. The owner of the cleaners would not respond when I asked her about the missing shirt. She then started saying that I only dropped off 12 shirts and that she would need to take some of the shirts back unless I could prove they were mine. I refused to let her take my shirts and when I asked about the missing shirt, she and her mom started filming me with their camera phones and threatened to call the police. WOW! What a nightmare! The woman seemed so nice at first but I'm amazed how dishonest, mean and unethical she and her mom turned out to be. It's sad and dissapointing to have people like this in our town. I would never recommend anyone use this cleaners. read more

Quality, careful attention to detail, excellent customer service are just a few things I love about this reasonably priced dry cleaner. From pressing my husband's work clothes, to repairing miscellaneous garments, and cleaning an over 100 year-old family heirloom, I am so grateful for this hard-working and honest company. Terrible, awful...they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't go here. Too many cleaners in the area. Same thing as Drew M happened to us regarding lost items and THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL. They lose things and keep telling you different stories that don't add up. read more

They did a good job cleaning the garments I left, however I also left a small rug to clean. A week later they said it was ready. I picked it up but it was still stained. They told me they did their best and still charged me full price since they tried. I won't be back. read more

This Dry Cleaners is outstanding!! They have great customer service! I went to get my clothes on July 3rd and found out that they had told my husband our order wouldn't be ready until July 5th due to the holiday. The manager personally ironed a shirt for me while I waited so that I could wear it on the 4th!! They do an excellent job at both cleaning and ironing our clothing. So glad we found this place- I will never go anywhere else for our dry cleaning needs!! read more

Dropped some things off for dry cleaning. Suit was fine, $100 mens warehouse shirt (custom fit) was soaking trying to remove a stain that wasn't on the shirt when I dropped it off. I receieved NO call that day before pickup informing me about it so I was forced to go have another custom fit shirt made that same night for a 7:00AM departure the next morning. They say "sweat" showed up when they pressed it ( bottom right hand corner of short) Sweat??? Never the less, no one called me to tell me that it was soaking wet, which forced me to rush to mens Wearhouse Thursday night to hope a replacement could happen. $100.00 later. I made the service on Friday. After the staff told me Thursday evening that they WOULD take care of the money I would be out, Management refused to even SPLIT the cost of the replacement shirt with me after follwo up phone calls. I have aquaintances ( a few actually) that go here as well. No more. They acted like that $100 that I had to cough up for no reason would sink the company. There was no option for "0" stars. read more

I've been using this cleaners since they opened. I spend about $25 per week here. About a month ago I came home with a lot of clothing that wasn't mine. I immediately took it back, but I didn't even think to check to see if I was missing anything. I figured out later that I was missing some pants so I asked the lady at the counter the next time I went in. I told her what had happened. She looked for my pants but there were none there. She insisted that just because I got someone else's clothes that didn't mean that my clothes were lost. Go figure... She said they may turn up when someone realized they have them. Here we are a month later, and I still don't have my pants. I inquired what we do from here since the pants were fairly expensive. The same lady said she'd talk to a manager and call me that day. I never heard from. I went in to pick up my cleaning and asked for the manager myself. The person at the counter went to get the manager, and it was the same lady who had been helping me all along. So she lied to me. She had no intention of helping me. She said if I could produce a reciept for the pants and tell her the brand, she'd ask the owner to reimburse. I said this would be my last visit and walked. They've been a great place until something went wrong. If you use this cleaners, you better hope they don't lose your clothing because they won't do anything to try to help you out. They'll even lie to just kick the can down the road. read more
