Scheduling is hella easy, they open at 8a and they take walk in appointments. Pricing is fair, they offer full service grooming, and I believe an in between cut. The staff there are really nice. As far as the locale, small signage, fair parking, open space once inside. Super clean, grooming area in the back. The only shots required are thee rabies....I'm learning that other places require more, sheesh I learn new things everyday. There are crates there, I'm not sure where the dogs hang out until their owners pick them up. I'll ask the next time we go back. My Duchie came out happy and just so cute! When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

Laura's Pet Grooming gave me an appointment the next day and I sat there while she removed them- she was amazing!! It didn't take much time and she cleaned up his undercoat and he looks great! A few other groomers told me they'd have to shave him to get the knots out - I'm so thrilled she could do it without shaving. Plus, he didn't even make a whimper when she was removing them. Our doodles coat was longer than we wanted due to him having a prior leg injury so we had to wait to get him groomed longer than we normally would. That said, my boyfriend requested to go down half in length and to trim his nails. The words "shave him" were never said; however that is exactly what they did. I have never been so disappointed. Not only is he quite literally SHAVED his tail has a poof at the end that we never requested...not sure where that came from. I will NEVER be bringing him back here again. For reference, the one photo is what he looked like before and the other photo is how he came home. I'm sure you can guess which is which.

We specifically requested to keep his hair length still long/normal overall and just trim specifically notated areas for hygiene and to even the coat. We weren't provided any indication that the haircut may have 'accidentally' resulted in this new undesired length, instead we were just given our unrecognizable baby who depends on regulating his body temperature based on his dual coats... but with any coat left.
