When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

My boyfriend took our 1 year old Golden Doodle to Snoopy today for…read morea grooming and I was absolutely astonished when I received a photo that didn't even resemble what he looked like a few hours prior. Our doodles coat was longer than we wanted due to him having a prior leg injury so we had to wait to get him groomed longer than we normally would. That said, my boyfriend requested to go down half in length and to trim his nails. The words "shave him" were never said; however that is exactly what they did. I have never been so disappointed. Not only is he quite literally SHAVED his tail has a poof at the end that we never requested...not sure where that came from. I will NEVER be bringing him back here again. For reference, the one photo is what he looked like before and the other photo is how he came home. I'm sure you can guess which is which.

However, after we returned a second time, hoping to make frequent visits, we were handed back a new animal. We specifically requested to keep his hair length still long/normal overall and just trim specifically notated areas for hygiene and to even the coat. We weren't provided any indication that the haircut may have 'accidentally' resulted in this new undesired length, instead we were just given our unrecognizable baby who depends on regulating his body temperature based on his dual coats... but with any coat left.
