It is a really cool concept and place to go but if you go later on the day expect to WAIT!!! I have been to other locations such as the one in Atlanta (I recommend). This location don't expect your reservation to hold any water. We have times at 9pm and waiting in the line for over an hour!! The people literally before us have a reservation at 10:40 and it didn't matter one bit. They still let them through and before us, ridiculous! The staff at the different sections should be better trained and more professional with paying customers. The balls ran out of battery and all during the game. Directions were not well communicated. One of the players was even yelled at by an attended and humiliated in-front of other customer because there are way to many employees saying different things which is extremely unprofessional and should not be tolerated by any means. On black Friday, I visited Puttshack and we sat at the bar on the 5th floor. Amanda P was our bartender, had a bad attitude from the minute we sat and ignored us. She kept complaining about the staff, spoke about her salary and how much other employees make. We still haven't received a menu at that time. We weren't sure what we wanted to ordered and had some questions about the drink menu once we got it. She told us the ingredients were on the menu. We were less than satisfied with her service. We asked for bill, paid for it and left a tip. She asked if everything is okay because she works for tips and was wondering why we left her such a small tip. We didn't want to argue so we went downstairs. We ended up ordering from Nacho at the bar, he was wonderful. We ate and had a great time. read more

Yeah... waited an hour was told we had to wait longer than that even though we had a reservation. Was told they can give us 2 rounds of games in order to make up for the wait but that would just push back other reservations so we said no and wanted to cancel our reservation since we wasted enough time here. When asking to cancel and get a refund we were told we have to email corporate in order to get a refund and they could not give us one at the establishment... Later we found out from others that played that the course was broken and didn't work. So now I am more confused as to why they offered us additional rounds. read more

I wasn't a fan. The idea was nice, but I felt like it was too crowded. Other players would skip ahead and then I'd have to wait for them to finish so I can continue. I felt like they crammed too many people into one small play area. Further, I purchased two games and had to leave due to a kid emergency and they would not refund the second game. This place was absolute garbage. You make a reservation and still have to wait an hour to begin play. You would think ok, let's go to the bar? Where you proceed to sit front and center but still have to wait another 20 minutes to be served a drink. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. You expect better quality and service for the prices they charge. I hope the management sit down and discuss on how they can be better. If they don't they will continue have lines out the door and people with reservations waiting an hour for play. read more

We stopped by after getting off a cruise to kill time before our flight home. They have a jacket check which was happy to hold onto our luggage while we played which was a nice touch for us. We played all 3 courses and they were all super fun. We also had lunch in between our second and third games which was absolutely delicious. We were served by Solstice who gave us some excellent suggestions. Ultimately we tried the pork bao buns, the octopus, and the pepperoni buzz Flatbread which was the biggest surprise for us. Really cool and fun concept, but the courses are so short for the amount that you pay. I think you should be able to at least get two games in for the price of the reservation. It took us around 20-30 minutes to finish the course since it wasn't so busy. But, driving from Kendall to play 20 minutes of mini golf just doesn't seem worth it to me.
