He stayed late waiting for me to drop off my car, did a fantastic job fixing the scratches on my car door (looks brand new now), and CHARGED ME LESS than what he originally quoted me (which was very reasonable to begin with, given the amount of damage on my car door). He also did some extra work for me free of charge. I have NEVER had a car mechanic charging me less than the original quote (they alway charge more).
