Came here based on reviews and boy was I not disappointed. I had around 3 small dings and he was able to bring me in on my appointment time and just do all the work in about 1.5 hrs. He even found a 4th one and did it for free. The areas now look brand new. Couldnt have asked for better under the value of my deductible for insurance. I will hope jot have to use this place again due to not having dings but if I do have more, this will def be the place to come to. read more

I don't even know what to say about this other than that he's a magician. I'm VERY particular with my truck, which is why my 2005 Colorado still looks new. Somehow, I got a creased dent in the middle of the hood of my truck. It wasn't large, but it was definitely big enough to be noticed. Needless to say, I was pissed and it was eating away at me. I didn't think there would be a way to fix it (given it was smaller, and it wasn't a smooth dent). I just randomly searched for a dent removal place and I saw this and looked at the pictures. It seemed he was able to get out similar dents, so I gave it a shot. WOW. It's as if it never happened. I really couldn't be happier. He also restored my headlights, which was another WOW. I have been using Paintless Dent Doctor for recent minor thumb dents on wife's 2015 Lexus ES350 and my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 and these guys work magic. Excellent waiting area, clean with WIFI. Text them a few pic's of your damage and they usually get back to you within 30 minutes with quote. There are some "sketchy" companies on CL that advertise similar services, but I would be skeptical. Use a reputable firm like PDR and you won't be disappointed. I am very anal about my cars and even though wife and I park our cars far from others in parking lots, the Lexus and Honda must be a magnet for inconsiderate drivers who park right next to us when we return. It's aggravating when someone carelessly opens a door causing a dent or crease on your pristine car but good to know that it can repaired like new. After my neighbor put a deep ding in the driver's door of my brand new car within the first 500 miles, I started looking for somewhere that I could have the dent repaired without worrying about repainting the entire door. My car has a factory matte finish and I was very concerned that ANY repair wouldn't come out looking right. Matte paint is more susceptible to damage than is regular automotive paint with a clear coat finish and can develop shiny spots if rubbed the wrong way. After suffering several months of having to look at the damage on my poor new car everytime I drove it, I decided to take it to the Paintless Dent Doctor. They immediately evaluated the damage and assured me that the matte finish would not be an issue. A few minutes later in their nice, clean, waiting area with complimentary bottled water and snacks and you can't even tell there was ever a dent! Her lines are as smooth as new now! "Boo!" to my crappy neighbor who doesn't care about other people's cars, but "Yay!!!" to the Paintless Dent Doctor and their staff for their quality work and professional business practices. I had a very long, wavy crease dent in the driver side door of my '04 Jeep Wrangler thanks to a recent deer collision. I took my Toyota Highlander into their shop with a couple of very noticeable door dings. I had no idea what to expect but I thought I would take a chance. The owner, Stephen, told me he could fix it and I would not notice any signs of the door dings after he was finished. After waiting about 40 minutes in the waiting room, it was done. I was absolutely amazed. The dings were gone and my door looked as good as new. It was a great experience all around. The owner was pleasant but all business. He knows his stuff. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey. But for me, it was worth it. I had an estimate from my local body shop and the cost would have been nearly twice that much for fixing it the old-fashioned way - sanding, puttying the dents, more sanding and then painting a large area to blend the color. That would also require me to leave my Highlander in the shop for a few days. I will definitely go back to the PDD if I get anymore dings or dents. read more

I returned from a trip to the nail salon when my husband noticed someone had dented our Mercedes Benz S550 on the driver's side door. After giving my husband the actual cost and wait time, the owner handed us the remote the the shop's flat screen and then went right to work on the door's damage.
