I did not feel pressured AT ALL! My car was repaired in a timely fashion...it was done a day early! It looks brand new! I was pleasantly surprised as it had obviously been washed. Justin took the time to assess all the damages and explain what needed to be done and how the repairs would be completed. They gave an estimated 2 week repair time and in fact they completed the work sooner. They also found some previous work done that was botched by another shop and they took it upon themselves to fix it for me to compliment the work done for the recent damages. Overall, the work was done perfectly and matched the rest of the car and not to mention the lifetime warranty the work comes with, which a lot of other shops were not able to provide. (the pictures of the before and after on my Honda are posted) I am very pleased with the completed work on the car and would recommend this place! Also, upon finishing up the work, they washed and vacuumed for me which was a nice addition!

That is not cool. Additionally, the car came in with a rear cargo cover, but it too was missing when I picked the car up. That will cost hundreds to replace. Finally, the rear windshield wiper was installed incorrectly so now it just tries to wipe the air below the rear window. I am at a loss. The body work was great but all the issues lead me to a 2 star review. When I inquired about the cargo cover they said they had photo proof it wasn't with the car. This is not accurate; the cargo cover is not here and was with the car when it was dropped off.

We had to come back THREE TIMES: #1. The turn signals didn't work. How do you return a car and not check that the new bumper actually works? #2: They couldn't seem to use a zip tie to attach the windshield wiper fluid line. #3: Still haven't discovered zip ties. Windshield wipers still don't work. After that, we just took it to our normal mechanic. He said the line wasn't long enough (why it kept coming off) and they didn't use zip ties. Now, a while later, a new body shop is telling us they never repaired the actual frame damage. To be fair to Jerry's, at least they're consistent: they screwed up the parts we could see and the parts we couldn't. We'll never use Jerry's or buy a car from them. Degenerate cheats.

The only way not to pay the fee is to use a bank check or cash - neither of which is easy to obtain without a car. They don't mention the fee over the phone - they tell you after they've told you everything else -- just before signing on the dotted line. Had I known up front, I would have gone somewhere else. It really felt underhanded to me.

During this time they charged me $200 more than my deductible because they billed my insurance company the wrong amount. Took it back for them to wet sand it just to pick it back up with portions that were not corrected (2nd visit). Took it back for the 3rd time to repaint and/or wet sand it. Upon pick up I noticed dirt in the paint on the fender. I'm wasting more time arranging times to pick up and drop off not including the time it takes for them to "fix" it. They offer lifetime warranty that you will need for sure! The manager has done everything in his power to help me with this matter but it still isn't correct. I purchased my Silverado 6 months ago brand new so I do not expect a low quality paint job because I didn't purchase it that way. Maybe they need better paint booths because this is exhausting. Taking it back won't correct the issue and will not be an option because it will be dirt in the paint regardless.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I paid $900 on June 28, 2026, for what was represented as bumper and hood repairs. Based on my experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work and the overall service. The repair took less than one hour at my home, and many of the issues I hired this business to address were not properly repaired. Parts that should have been reinstalled underneath my SUV were left off, and my bumper was secured with screws and nails instead of the appropriate hardware. I was also charged $250 for spray paint that I was told was custom mixed. When I questioned the quality of the work, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The receipt I received did not accurately reflect the work that was performed. I have retained photographs, receipts, and documentation regarding the condition of my vehicle before and after the repair, and I am pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal channels. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business and would encourage others to thoroughly research their options before hiring them. Response to Rocky- Your claim that I was deceitful is completely false. I was transparent with you from the beginning regarding the condition of my vehicle. I specifically informed you that the bumper had already been removed, and you assured me that you could repair it. At no point did you tell me the repair would be temporary, unfinished, or of poor quality. Instead, you represented yourself as someone capable of performing the work professionally. You initially told me that you needed to purchase custom-mixed automotive paint and later claimed you had spent $250 on paint and materials. That representation was false. Instead, you used inexpensive spray paint that does not appear to be automotive-grade. When I told you I no longer wanted you to perform the work, you insisted that I owed you $250 for your time and for paint you claimed had already been mixed. When I questioned those charges, you became increasingly aggressive. From the moment you arrived, your conduct was unprofessional and intimidating. You repeatedly cursed, raised your voice, and threw pieces of my vehicle onto the ground outside of my garage, causing additional damage. Your behavior disturbed the peace in my neighborhood and was completely unacceptable. Rather than repairing my vehicle, you caused further damage. You attached a defective bumper by drilling screws and fasteners directly into my vehicle instead of repairing or installing it properly. You also drilled screws and nails into areas around the wheel wells, many of which have already fallen out. Parts of my vehicle that were not previously damaged were damaged during your work. You failed to use the replacement clips that I had already purchased, and instead used improper hardware that has compromised the integrity of the repair. Additionally, you failed to reinstall components underneath my vehicle that should have been secured back into place. Instead, those parts were hidden underneath the SUV, where I could not see them until the vehicle was moved. Leaving those components unattached exposes the underside of my vehicle to road debris and creates additional safety concerns. You also instructed me to walk away while you "so called " worked. In attempt to hide what you did. I contacted you three times. I had legitimate questions regarding your original $2,300 estimate and the work you claimed would be performed. You asked how much did I have. I said $900. After you stated you completed work on my vehicle, my vehicle was left in worse condition than before. What was presented as a repair instead resulted in additional damage requiring further repairs, replacement parts, labor, and repainting. My vehicle, which was operational before your work, now will not start. While I am not blaming you for damage caused by another individual before you became involved, I am holding you responsible for the damage and lack of workmanship to my vehicle that you personally caused through your "so called" workmanship and conduct. My vehicle is essential transportation for my minor son, who has a disability. I rely on it to safely transport him to and from his medical appointments, specialist visits, and therapy sessions. Reliable and safe transportation is a necessary part of providing for his medical care. You attempted to use my son's disability against me by making derogatory comments regarding the disability-related funds that help provide for his care. You also attempted to justify adding an additional 11% charge by referencing those benefits. Regardless of your reasoning, invoking my disabled minor child's circumstances in an attempt to increase the cost of your services or to disparage me was completely inappropriate and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and basic decency. FYI: You asked me how I was paying you. Be honest. It goes a long way. See you in court.

Like everybody, I waited patiently in your thimble-sized office, navigated your comically undersized lot, and quietly appreciated the humor of your staff through the years. Thank you for that. So why today was I met by two new faces at the service desk with such a strikingly different attitude? I was surprised to hear oil changes require advance appointments, and you now prefer online. I mean, sure, I can do that. But when did that change? And why was a technician I've never seen before so condescending about it? He was downright hostile. Then the other guy chimed in and accused me of interrupting him. Honestly, gentlemen, I asked myself, "Is it worth it to schedule an appointment with you, if I know it's going to be you calling me to tell me any additional work that may need to be done? Do I trust the two of you?" The answer in that split-second moment was no. The arrogance, sarcasm, and belittling behavior by this pair made me realize I wouldn't trust these two to be the communicators of my mechanic shop. When I asked where the two old guys went, Kyle said with a smirk, "They went where all old guys go." Um, did they die? No, they retired, thankfully. Old guys from the desk, you are missed by your customers! Maybe it's the same great mechanics working behind closed bay doors at Hollenshade's, I don't know. Two guys I've never seen before told me things about how the business works that I've never heard before and treated me in a way no one at Hollenshades ever treated me before. Which leads me to the conclusion that this is not the same Hollenshade's I've trusted for over 20 years. I'm genuinely disappointed that I need to find a new mechanic. I honestly don't know what's happening at Hollenshade's anymore.
