The body work was great but all the issues lead me to a 2 star review. When I inquired about the cargo cover they said they had photo proof it wasn't with the car. This is not accurate; the cargo cover is not here and was with the car when it was dropped off.

How do you return a car and not check that the new bumper actually works? #2: They couldn't seem to use a zip tie to attach the windshield wiper fluid line. #3: Still haven't discovered zip ties. Windshield wipers still don't work. After that, we just took it to our normal mechanic. He said the line wasn't long enough (why it kept coming off) and they didn't use zip ties. Now, a while later, a new body shop is telling us they never repaired the actual frame damage. To be fair to Jerry's, at least they're consistent: they screwed up the parts we could see and the parts we couldn't. We'll never use Jerry's or buy a car from them. Degenerate cheats.

The only way not to pay the fee is to use a bank check or cash - neither of which is easy to obtain without a car. They don't mention the fee over the phone - they tell you after they've told you everything else -- just before signing on the dotted line. Had I known up front, I would have gone somewhere else. It really felt underhanded to me.

Took it back for them to wet sand it just to pick it back up with portions that were not corrected (2nd visit). Took it back for the 3rd time to repaint and/or wet sand it. Upon pick up I noticed dirt in the paint on the fender. I'm wasting more time arranging times to pick up and drop off not including the time it takes for them to "fix" it. They offer lifetime warranty that you will need for sure! The manager has done everything in his power to help me with this matter but it still isn't correct. I purchased my Silverado 6 months ago brand new so I do not expect a low quality paint job because I didn't purchase it that way. Maybe they need better paint booths because this is exhausting. Taking it back won't correct the issue and will not be an option because it will be dirt in the paint regardless.
