The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Told me it would take one day it took 5 days (weather was not an issue). Tore down 2 sides of fence and had a mess everywhere - even in the neighbor's yard (see pic - I was worried that someone would get hurt with the exposed nails.) And left the side open to neighbors for 2 days. Did not haul off all the old posts. Had asked them to use screws (multiple times and was assured they would) when putting the panels back on - they used a nail gun mostly and some of the panels are already falling off (it has been only a couple days). They finished after dark, so I stupidly was unable to inspect a final time. I emailed them and asked them to come back, but they are not responding.

Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.

We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out. Rashid returned promptly, concealed the TV wires, and made sure everything looked much better. I really appreciate that the company took my feedback seriously and stood behind its work. The crew was courteous and professional, and management's willingness to respond quickly and resolve the issue made all the difference. Thank you to Rashid and the management team for the excellent customer service and for making sure I was satisfied with the final result. Very expensive for the service provided. The workers were competent and courteous, but the job resembled general handyman work rather than a professional TV installation. I expected them to mount the TVs, connect the cable boxes and Apple TVs, and organize or conceal the cords, including providing wire covers if needed. Instead, they left the TV wires exposed and did not connect the other devices. They mounted two 65-inch TVs using brackets I supplied and rearranged two dressers. The total charge was $795. Last year, another provider installed these same TVs, connected all devices, concealed the wiring, and included two wall mounts for about half the price. Be sure to clarify the scope of work and total cost before hiring this company.
