He understood the problem situation and responded with agility to adjust scheduling and fit us in. The appointment required troubleshooting and precision with installation, and they greatly exceeded our expectations. In fact, they always have. Morton's could have easily charged for an expensive repair; however, their integrity led them to guide us to replace an obsolete appliance.
