We adopted a dog only 6 weeks before we had to be gone for a week, so leaving him in a boarding facility made us nervous. What a relief to see him on video, running and playing with other dogs each day! The staff is great; they took time to get to know our new guy and gave us a full report when we picked him up. We are THRILLED to have discovered Pyr Hope for our two busy terriers. We appreciated the near-daily videos posted that we could see from halfway around the world. The boys obviously enjoyed themselves immensely and were well-adjusted when we picked them up after five weeks. The people, facilities, and location are superb; and we were very impressed with the care taken to provide safe spaces for the dogs to play, the segregation by size of dog, and the supervision that was evident in the videos. Our border terrier does not mix easily, yet Pyr Hope introduced him bit by bit, and we think he learned to play well with others because of that. This is a gem of a place, and the owners and staff obviously love dogs--all dogs, apparently. We are permanent fans! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! Totally trust them with our pup and she had a great time there. Lots of exercise and new four legged friends to play with while she stayed there. My wife and I were pretty nervous about boarding our puppy...period. This was our first time doing this so there was definitely some apprehension about leaving our precious Maddie in someone else's hands. From the moment we stepped inside...we were immediately greeted and welcomed. The owner stepped around the counter and greeted our Maddie and started asking us questions about her. This immediately placed us at ease because the professionalism and genuine concern for Maddie was so obvious. Complicating things was that I actually had messed up the online appointment and they had no record of us having one. Despite this, they simply said "no problem" and made it happen anyway. Just another example of their professionalism and customer first approach. The big test was when we returned to pick Maddie up. As we drove up...she was out in the large fenced area playing with some of her dog "friends" looking very happy. To our delight, she seemed even happier to see us and there was absolutely no sign of any stress related to her stay and we took her home feeling like we had left her with people that cared about her as much as we did. I can't stress enough how glad we are to have found such a great boarding place for Maddie. If you're nervous and want the best for your dog in a boarding business...Pyr Hope is the place to go! read more

Excellent kennel. It is obvious that animals are first here. The owners have devoted their resources to setting up the kennels and play areas. I love that this is not a place where dogs are allowed together in a warehouse with 100 other dogs. Care is taken to match dogs by size and personality. Then the compatible dogs play and hang out in spacious areas. They are outside when it is nice and inside in rain. We could not have found a better place. read more
