Everyone that we encountered, either over the phone (Nathan and Hannah) or in person (Derek) was extremely personable, dependable, and strived to meet and then exceed your expectations. Hannah, who was coordinating things in the office, was fantastic. She did what she said and was very efficient and friendly at all times. She also kept us up to date, time wise, on the arrival of our roofing professional on the day of our estimate. It seemed like it was something that was routinely done. Like, she was able to track the different technicians and communicate their whereabouts, arrival times, etc... That was something novel to us. It was an excellent idea. I needed two large sections of crown molding repaired and replaced on my residence. The front damaged section was water damage due to missing shingles. The other damaged section was from squirrels. Gutters were also removed and replaced on the squirrel damaged section. The lead technician, Sonny Adams, came out and assessed what needed to be done. He maintained regular communication with me to ensure I was aware of material needs and scheduling. The job was completed ahead of time. Yet, there were a couple of workmanship details that caught my eye that I wanted addressed. Sonny followed up on the completed job and noted the same details. He took care of the issues without delay. Sonny demonstrated excellent work ethic, attention to detail and craftsmanship. Sonny and his crew arrived early each day he worked on my home. He worked hard, was creative in solving problems, paid close attention to detail throughout the entire job. He is knowledgeable, personable, reliable, affordable! He worked on my deck, rain barrel removal/drain solution, garden shed door replacement with wood rot removal, threshold repair on 5 interior doors, etc. He has repaired exterior trim and fascia on my house which required matching current paint colors perfectly!! Excellence from initial review thru installation thru cleanup. We had a particularly challenging steep roof on a home purchase with many angles, pre-existing algae-covered cedar shakes and 17 skylights. We sought several estimates and some companies were unwilling even to offer a bid, due to complexity. Pyramid representative was unfazed, as was the install crew. Honest customer service! Had a visit for gutter estimate on 8/31/2023. The rep pointed out that the house would require significant additional work to support gutters and would also have issues due to the heavy overhanging tree canopy.
