As he was speaking, he'd mention a term that professionals in his industry are aware of such as baffle, then explain what it is in plain terms to ensure we understood. He didn't try to upsell us. All the while, I'm receiving payment invoices for the contract that hasn't been fulfilled on their end. After the second round of scheduling, clarifying the scope of work with photos, and coming out to actually do the work, the project isn't done despite what I thought was a pretty clear understanding of the job from the representative I talked to (Genny). There's a breakdown somewhere between the folks who schedule the work, the folks who bill, and the folks who come out to complete it. I kind of just want my money back at this point since I'm tired of going through this process every time. I hope they figure it out.

They come over to my house on time early in the morning ripped off the roof and found a whole lot of bad wood nearly 1/3 of my roof was destroyed by water. They gave me the bad news and they gave me the price to rip off the wood and replace it and I was shocked and how much extra work was gonna be done for so little extra money. I figured I'd be there for two or three days. They were off that roof by 2 o'clock in approximately half. The roof had new wood and I only paid an extra 15% above what I was expecting, which was still lower than just getting the shingles replaced by the next guy.
