We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. When I had called other movers for quotes they were more interested in getting my credit card info before I could tell them what my needs were. Not Jason. It was just so simple. The day of my move. This was scheduled between 9am-10am. I had a 30 minute early arrival which was perfect. Usually you would expect some excuse of a delay. The two young gentlemen were so polite and professional. Before I knew it I had at least two large pieces of furniture on the truck. Well handled I might add. These guys were so careful! They were v. professional yet personable. Very efficient in unwrapping and careful not to damage any of the items or the walls, etc. They were v. concerned about getting everything correct and making sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it.
