Absolutely 5 stars! When you call a company and the owner actually answers? Amazing!!! I spoke with Jason regarding my move and he was straight to the point no nonsense. When I had called other movers for quotes they were more interested in getting my credit card info before I could tell them what my needs were. Not Jason. It was just so simple. The day of my move. This was scheduled between 9am-10am. I had a 30 minute early arrival which was perfect. Usually you would expect some excuse of a delay. The two young gentlemen were so polite and professional. Before I knew it I had at least two large pieces of furniture on the truck. Well handled I might add. These guys were so careful! Moved 3 miles. Loading and unloading. 3.5 hours. Excellent. Could not find their name. Chose. Jays, local. Moved back to 2 blocks from where we moved from. 7.5 hours. $1,000 plus $100 tip to each ($200) before starting, and told them this was speed things along. $1,200. Instead of around $500. If I can give 0 stars for this moving company I would. I had a move scheduled in November and am now writing this due to the stress that this company put me through. The movers came to my home 1 hour late from the agreed time. They came unprepared and did not bring tape to wrap up my furniture. The movers also came to my home HIGH as can be and worked in slow motion, one decided to come to my house in slippers to move heavy furniture. While disassembling some of the furniture in my home, it was communicated that one of my office desks could not be disassembled as it will take about an hour to do so. My husband and father in law took care of it in a matter of 5 minutes. This is how high the movers were. They clearly were too incompetent to take care of this. After driving the furniture to the new home, the movers realized that they left all of their tools at my old house which ended up taking me an hour total to pick up the tools from the old house and bring it to the new house. To top all of this off, the owner communicated he would reimburse an hour for this and he lied and never did. We were charged an extra hour for this inconvenience because his men couldn't do their job right. The movers ended up chipping some of the framing in the new house for one of our doors and ended up cracking the brand new tile when moving in our furniture (mind you this is a rental I'm living in). Once everything was moved into the new home, i was going to make a payment with my credit card and was told that the owner only accepts cash which he never communicated to begin with. I explained to the owner that i didn't have the cash but would give him a check and he could cash it within one week. The owner Jason started yelling and swearing at me uncontrollably on the phone and ended the call. The movers refused to leave my house until payment was made even though we only had a card to pay with. Luckily I was able to contact a family member to let me borrow the funds however I was scared for my life and my family's life. This has been by far the worst moving company EVER! I wouldn't recommend them not even to my worst enemy. Save your money and go with another moving company. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my lifetime. I am just very disgusted and disappointed with the owner and the men he hired to do the job! Responding to the owners comment: I am speaking the truth and I am sorry that you are upset by this. Between traffic and the time it takes to get to one house and then back to the other house yes it took a total of 1 hour that you never refunded. You never communicated the payment method when we initially spoke and I did in fact communicate how many bedrooms and all the furniture we had. I do have all the calls recorded for your review if you'd like along with the one where you yelled at me and swore uncontrollably. Not once did I say I wasn't going to pay so please do not lie.you were the one that ended the call because that's how upset you were so please do not get it twisted. Learn some decency and do a better job next time than to try and threaten a woman, belittle her and speak to her as if she was trash. Jason and his crew were very punctual and courteous. I had one large item to move wich they handled very professionally. They made sure it was covered with a blanket and strapped down completely. Upon arriving at my residence they brought the item in and were very mindful of my home and the surroundings where the item was to be placed. I highly recommend Jason and his crew. Jason was wonderful to deal with throughout this process. I needed to unload a 26 foot box truck after a long move and needed flexibility on the unpacking end. Jason worked with us to find a mutually agreeable time and date. Jason and crew (AJ, Kai, and Lamar) were on time, professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. On top of that, they were really great guys, made a stressful adventure fun. Fair price for regular stuff and Jason and negotiated a price to move 3 large safes, again at a very fair price. We so appreciated the professionalism shown us by Jays EZ Move,LLC. Jason confirmed times of pick-up/delivery a couple of times, and always returned my phone calls ( unusual these days ). We needed some furniture moved to the second floor of the home we moved into about 3 weeks ago. We contacted Jay's EZ move for some help. They came on Sunday morning and moved the furniture, efficiently and quickly. Also, did a few other things for us, including putting a new day bed together for us. They were friendly, courteous and all three were gentlemen. We will definitely use their services again, as the need arises. We would highly recommend them for all your moving needs. read more

I requested quotes from Jayson and a few other services. Jayson retuned my call within a few hours, his pricing was in line with other quotes and he assured me he'd have me covered on moving day almost two weeks out. They wrapped my furniture and handled it with care. There's always a few bumps and bruises on things as they're being moved. That's just a fact when you have large heavy furniture, but his team did an excellent job in preserving my belongings. Jayson followed up a few days before on the day and time for the move. His team was quick and respectful to me and my belongings. They loaded the truck and unloaded for me a 100 miles from Orlando at my new home. I gave them money to pick up lunch on the way to the new house and bought them dinner as they were finishing up. Jayson and his team deserves kudos for a great job.
