Grape Leaves

Food was really good but the service was slow. Had to request for plates and was told they don't serve water so we had to buy bottled water. Also, I believe the food was a way too expensive.

We love getting take out/delivery from Q Barbie Q! This time we all ordered the same thing + an additional size of Humus. We got the kabob- Grilled chicken. This comes with a small side of fries, hummus, garlic sauce, cabbage salad, and pickles. Flavorful and delicious as always!!

The food here is delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered carryout as it is Ramadan, and all the tables inside are reserved. We were quoted 25 minutes, and our food was ready as promised. Service was friendly and quick. We ordered: 1. Falafel wrap - this was delicious, and our LO enjoyed it. The falafel was flavorful, and the additional ingredients in the wrap made it excellent. (5/5 ) 2. Chicken kebab platter - this came with hummus, garlic sauce, rice, pita, and a small salad. All the ingredients were seasoned and fresh. Super tasty chicken that was preapred well. (5/5 ) 3. Kufta platter - the fries didn't travel well, but you can put in an air fryer when you get home and perfecto. The meat was delicious, especially when dipped in the humus or garlic sauce. (5/5 ) 4. Hummus - great texture and flavor. (5/5 ) We will be returning and would recommend trying to those in the area.

Excellent Halal Mediterranean in a small strip center in West Chester. Although the indoor seating is limited (walking in there were several tables needing cleaning after parties left a huge mess), the small staff were all very kind & seated us as soon as they could. WE LOVED everything we ordered, huge portions, super fresh food for the soul!

Stopped in for lunch with hubby. I love lamb so I order it every time I'm here. Waited about 15-20 minutes for the food but it was worth it. The lamb was cooked perfectly. The hummus was delicious too.

A nice surprise. The place is obviously family run! I ordered the lamb wrap. Excellently prepared with what seemed the right amount of tender lamb. It's an order at the counter, the girl working didn't hurry you, and patiently answered questions. The restaurant is very clean. I was well pleased with this choice. However, if you're in a hurry, it takes a while to prepare each order from scratch. I will be back.

Inside

Wow the chicken q is outstanding. You can smell the grill going from the outside and inside. Super bright inside but not overly bright. No my photo is not a stock photo I took it. But it looks like it doesnt it? The fries were fine nothing crazy which is where its a 4 as it no where near matches the chicken. Its soo good. Will totally come back for the chicken q!

First Time eating here, however it won't be the last. The restaurant is basic with its decor but the food is fantastic. We had stuffed grape leaves and Baba Ganouj for appetizers. The. The lamb wrap for main course. The food is definitely fresh, flavorful and made to order. Definitely recommend.

If we're talking food, Sultans absolutely delivers. The flavors were packed, the chicken was…read moretender, juicy, and full of that grilled goodness, and every bite reminded me why Mediterranean food is elite. The entrée salad was simple but perfect -- finely chopped lettuce with a light vinaigrette that tasted fresh and clean. Even the rice was cooked perfectly with just the right seasoning to hit the palate. The cabbage rolls were a standout -- soft, flavorful, and held together beautifully without falling apart. Truly, the kitchen knows what they're doing. Food is a solid 5/5. Now... the vibes. This is where things took a turn. When you walk in, the atmosphere just doesn't feel welcoming. The server didn't offer suggestions -- even after we mentioned it was our first visit -- which was disappointing but not a dealbreaker since we still managed to pick great dishes. The dining room was so quiet you could hear other tables cutting their food, and the music kept cutting in and out, which made things feel even more awkward. The staff wasn't rude, but the energy just wasn't there. Service is a generous 1/5. Would I recommend Sultans? For the flavor -- absolutely. Would I dine in again? Probably not, at least not until the atmosphere matches the quality of the food. So overall, I'm giving this place a 3.5 out of 5, and that score is solely carried by the incredible food, not the dine‑in experience. In the meantime due to the vibes I got we will be looking for somewhere different unfortunately. Skip the coffee you will see in the pictures on my black coffee.

Was interested in having the Doner Kebab, but they did not have that available for lunch even though it is listed on the menu. Had the Adana kebab instead. It was tasty. The salad that came with it was interesting and then some plain rice. I thought it was good and would come back here again. Next time I hope they have the Doner Kebab available.

I would gladly come back here and get this again. I do want to try other items as well. Looks to be a quick serve setup, where you order and pay at the counter and they deliver to your table. I saw a few people dining in. Nice and clean inside with simple and soothing decor. Got two gyros and an order of stuffed grape leaves to go. The gyros were absolutely enormous where you need a fork to eat at least half the meat before you could even think about holding it. Nice and fresh and very tasty, though I was expecting the meat to be much more thinly sliced, and it was a wee bit short on the Tzatziki. Note to self: order extra on the side. The grape leaves were perfect, lemony and refreshing with a nice slightly crisp bite to reveal the tender filling. Beautifully wrapped too so nothing spilled out. I called my order in. I noticed the website must be directly powered by a third party delivery system as it had inflated prices, even if you choose the pickup option. So pick up the phone and call if you want to pay the regular menu prices. The gentleman who took my order and waited on me was very polite and cheerful. I'll be back!

Finally she made reservations for Saturday evening (it is recommended because they get super busy). We got there and was greeted by the owner. BTW, was very down to earth. So their menu looked good (Lebanese food). There is so much to choose from and hard to decide. I especially loved their drink menu, especially wines. We ended up ordering: Appetizers: Baba ghannouge M'hammara Taverna falafel Dinner: Shawarma chicken Kebab mixed grill Drinks: Chateau kefraya, Les Bretches Almaza Pilsner My favorite from the appetizers is the eggplant and falafel! Super fresh and the bread that came with it was so good. Even the dipping sauce was amazing. My Shawarma chicken was super delish. You have to put the garlic butter on the rice! It gives it great flavor. My Mr enjoyed his meal as well. We definitely had to get a to go box because there was so much food. But we will look forward the next day to eat it. Overall, the service was great and I loved the experience. We can see ourselves coming back for more! I can see why my best friend loves it here! Highly recommend you try it.

Their menu is pretty big with a plethora of options to choose from including lots of appetizers, flatbreads, shawarmas, kebabs, falafel, and lots of tasty desserts.
