I returned to have them fixed, and while they did reapply the lashes, they continued falling out for the rest of the day. At that point, it was clear the issue was with the quality of the application, not just a few loose lashes. To make matters worse, before any of this happened, I was encouraged to sign up for a three-month membership and was explicitly told that I could cancel at any time. However, when I called to express my dissatisfaction and asked to cancel because the service was unacceptable, I was suddenly told I was required to keep the membership for at least two months and continue paying $89 per month regardless of the outcome. That information was never disclosed when I signed up, which is incredibly misleading. The customer service was just as disappointing as the lashes. Rather than taking ownership of the situation or offering a reasonable resolution, I was met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. It wasn't until I firmly explained that the situation was completely unacceptable that they even offered to contact management. Their only immediate solution was to refill the lashes again, despite the fact that I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and no longer have the time to keep returning because of their poor workmanship. I should not have to fight for a resolution after paying for a service that failed within hours. Between the poor-quality lash application, misleading membership information, lack of transparency, and frustrating customer service, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Unless you want poorly applied lashes, hidden membership terms, and a headache, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
