Needless to say, I was pretty nervous leaving my regular barber behind in Va. I was a walk-in as well, so I was envisioning the worst, but my fears were soon washed away like so many salon shampoos. The management scheduled me with Camille, and I couldn't be happier. She listened to what I wanted and took into account my current lifestyle and worked some major magic on my cut and eyebrow wax. i got my haircut a while ago here by Hanna Belle and the entire time the women cutting my hair was…read moretaking phone calls and texting. she was more concerned about how her friend could get a new ID so they could go get margs than any part of my appointment. washing my hair she blasted my ear with the water hose i'm assuming she was also on her phone here. she rescheduled appointments and talked to a "family member" who was supposedly supposed to fix her car, literally as she was actively cutting my hair. i'm 21 years old and i never planned on writing a review but i've thought a lot how disrespectful it was. i told my friends & family and everyone was so shocked at the behavior and treatment. the haircut was okay at best but wasn't even what i had asked for or showed pictures of. also did seem slightly crooked when i got home and got a picture of the back and the style was basically two curlers on my head and then basically a blow dry. for the cut, wash, style, and tip (yes i still tipped 20% for some reason) it was almost $100. the second she finished my hair she went to sit at the front desk on her phone while i was still sitting in the chair with my payment already on the screen. i don't want to condemn the entire establishment since that women seemed to be the only one there at the time and i would hope everyone isn't like that but it was probably the worst haircut experience ive had and i left not even loving my hair.

I did not want acrylic nails, as I have well kept natural nails. Nina did a great job on my nails and she was really sweet. Edit: these nails lasted 8 days before they started to chip. I'm wearing gel polish on my nails also. This is really disappointing, especially since I paid $65 and never get my nails done.

First off , to only carry the size lashes to you do your only providing services to one level of customer? Why advertise differently ? My advise to anyone reading this is Do not go to place if you want anything other than natural classic look. I myself personally know these lashes cost a lot and I want them noticeable. This place should not advertise they do hybrids, volume, or mega volume because they do not. The highest size they carry is 12. And she didn't even have that size today. Only 11. I wear size 13 thru 17 Next let's talk about class and not insulting a customer who doesn't like that type (classic /natural) of look. My ten minutes in this establishment were spent telling me my lashes are ruined , (they are not , pretty sure I been getting them done 6 years now and I'll get done after here too) just because you like a natural look doesn't mean people who want to know they have lashes on are wrong or not healthy. Quoting your status and that you teach actually makes u look even more less educated from a fellow lasher when all you can do is talk natural. A well educated lasher should have more knowledge of a not so natural look. And if that's all you want to offer than state that. Make that very clear in your advertising which you do not. You can argue healthy to me all day. Healthy is yes something that matters but natural and healthy are two very different things. My lasher name was Lani.
