The management scheduled me with Camille, and I couldn't be happier. She listened to what I wanted and took into account my current lifestyle and worked some major magic on my cut and eyebrow wax. i got my haircut a while ago here by Hanna Belle and the entire time the women cutting my hair was…read moretaking phone calls and texting. she was more concerned about how her friend could get a new ID so they could go get margs than any part of my appointment. washing my hair she blasted my ear with the water hose i'm assuming she was also on her phone here. she rescheduled appointments and talked to a "family member" who was supposedly supposed to fix her car, literally as she was actively cutting my hair. i'm 21 years old and i never planned on writing a review but i've thought a lot how disrespectful it was. i told my friends & family and everyone was so shocked at the behavior and treatment. the haircut was okay at best but wasn't even what i had asked for or showed pictures of. also did seem slightly crooked when i got home and got a picture of the back and the style was basically two curlers on my head and then basically a blow dry. for the cut, wash, style, and tip (yes i still tipped 20% for some reason) it was almost $100. the second she finished my hair she went to sit at the front desk on her phone while i was still sitting in the chair with my payment already on the screen. i don't want to condemn the entire establishment since that women seemed to be the only one there at the time and i would hope everyone isn't like that but it was probably the worst haircut experience ive had and i left not even loving my hair.

Due to the fact that he didn't clean my nails up before the cured this man takes a FILE to my freshly cured gel nails. As soon as he did this I wanted to ask him to redo it but he had already taken my previous gel off and redone it so... Due to this I just knew that my nails were not going to last because they are just gel on nail and due to him filing my nails AFTER the cure. I was right! I quite literally walked out of there after paying 30 for crappy service from the man who very obviously didn't have his nail certificate. I don't have my nail certificate but I have been getting my nails done for 5+ years and never had someone filed my nails after curing the gel due to their messy paint job. My nail started cracking and peeling THAT NIGHT! Some people will say "i'm sure they will fix it", and my response would be to look at the reviews... i'm not paying another 10$ for him to f*** it up again! if you go in there ask for the older woman she does a fantastic job but don't bother with the older skinny guy...

The women who started on my nails was an older lady and she didn't quite know what French nails were. No worries, I show her a picture. I'll put the picture in my photos for reference. She started and at first it was all okay. Once she started applying the polish to the acrylic tho I realized not only did she not file my nails enough to where the acrylic looked like a mountain of mush! Too thick. I told " hey just before we put the polish on do we mind to go a bit thinner?" She assures me she will do the thinning after the polish. Weird I think because I've got my nails done for years but I let it go. After they were done not only were they so so thick but they were ALL UNEVEN! at this point me and my friend just need to leave because we had work. So I paid the 55 for my ugly nails and even still tipped her 20! However that night once I got home for work I realized just how awful they were. My mom even said how weird and bad they looked for being done at a salon. So as I am an adult I have awful social anxiety and just wanted it fixed! So I had my mom walk in with me to explain the situation to someone in the salon! She explained to them very nicely how I have social anxiety and didn't wanna say anything but I didn't like them and would just liked them fixed. The woman who did my nails the previous day is the one my mom talked to. She said " it's ok we will fix it" so I think ok great it'll all be okay! People make mistakes right? WRONG, the who time this old woman made very rude commenta to me like " ew there's food under your nail" ( it was in fact red hair dye but that's besides the point) and when she asked once she put the polish on it I liked it I said " much better, thank u so much!" To that she says " well that's what they looked like yesterday but you had to have your mom come make me feel bad" I don't even say anything because again I have ANXIETY! The whole time she was talking to the women working beside her, as I can't tell you what they were saying, I do know that she'd pick up my hand DRAG it closer the the other artist point and laugh about things. REAL PROFESSIONAL RIGHT? Mind you she was very aggressive with my hands, not minding where the electric file touched my cuticle, hitting my hand with the file and buffer, etc. MORAL TO THIS, this place sucks and don't waste your time nor money!

We took our 6 year old daughter in for her first ever professional hair appointment and we had the…read morebest experience ever they made when feel like a princess. My daughter absolutely fell in love with Amina and especially Amina's daughter who helped do my baby girls hair. Amina made sure to keep checking in with my daughter to make sure she was okay and that she wasn't hurting her when brushing and styling her hair. My daughter was so happy and said she felt like a movie star because of the way she was treated while getting her hair done. And her daughter was so good with my daughter and so helpful and also gave her a little hait clip that said rock on it because she did so well with it being her first time. We will be returning and having all out childrens as well as my husband's hair here. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they definitely deserve it!
