I don't know where she got her medical degree but on my book she really sucks. I visited their office regarding a medical condition and asked questions about different medications, side effects, recommended course of actions and also discussed current symptoms. I believe I was courteous throughout the visit, however, the physician's assistant was offended because I was asking questions and stated that "wasn't comfortable with my communication." I told her to continue with the appointment and stopped asking questions and then she interrupted the medical visit, stated that she would not treat me and that I would have to be seen by Dr. Villalobos and that he was "more strict." She then walked out of the room. I was not rude, I did not insult her, I did not raise my voice and I believed I behaved in a courteous fashion, although I apparently asked too many questions. I am a business owner and tried to give this office a chance, though I was skeptical because their reviews are so poor. I am appalled at how terribly I was treated -- I think it boils down to the fact that the physician's assistant didn't either know the answers to my questions or they expect all of their patients to arrive at their office and do exactly as they say and not ask any questions about their health. The doctor is never available and seems more concerned with opening offices and generating revenue for himself than ensuring that his patients receive quality -- or at least halfway -- decent medical care. My heart goes out to the poor patients who believe they are getting medical care at this subpar office. I highly recommend that all persons avoid this office -- you will. not be seen by a licensed doctor but rather by a physician's assistant with a bad attitude who is easily offended if you even dare to ask her questions about proposed treatment plans.

These people are on a first name patients with their patients & not just the Doctors, the entire staff! Once we got in to her exam room, the Medical Assistant, Jesse was taking her vitals & I told him that my Grandfather passed away & if there was anything he could do to get us through the appointment fast, it would be greatly appreciated because his services were in just a few hours. This staff sprung in to action! Jeff Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner who she was assigned to came in to the exam room, looked straight in to her eyes and sincerely apologized for her loss. He addressed her pain and distress in a professional and compassionate manor & we were on our way in no time. On the way out, she was hugged and greeted by this wonderful staff. I live in Los Angeles and can't be with my Grandmother but I'm so grateful for this caring staff & feel relieved that they care for her so well. It eases my mind like you wouldn't believe. Thank you, I know she is in good hands with you!

No but I do feel that it should be the receptionist's job or whoever's responsibility to make sure they get that information. Called the billing department, got it taken cared of by giving my insurance when I got billing. Then I started to get mail thinking it was a scam because I've already called and took care of billing by giving my insurance information that should have covered everything. Come to find out all billing information-pathology- was NOT sent to my insurance. And now I am going through the hassle to try to get ahold of pathology billing.

Hospitals of…read moreProvidence is perhaps the worst hospital chain in all of El Paso. 2 days ago I took my wife in for a medicine change and a UTI infection. First we wating over 5 hours ( and the hospital wasn't even busy ). There was too much fooling around and not enough working. The nurse came in after about 30 minutes. First she had a hard time finding a vein and than when she did the vein had a hard time accepting the needle after the blood was drawn. The Doctor came in after about 2 hours of sitting there. We explained everything in detail ti this man but it took him another 3 hours to make medicine change and that was after I got after the nurse on multiple occasions. Through it all they totally forget about my wife's UTI infection. They didn't even fo a bladder scan. Avoid this hospital at all costs. Doctors thst can't remember why you where there and spend all of 5 minutes with you are not worth much This Doctor should dig ditches rather than practice medicine.

The reviews you will find in the web are mostly 5 which makes me wonder if there is something going on since I never would have changed to a Doctor that had 9 reviews with all 1's. Our appointments were at 3:30pm it is now 3:45pm. My wife just got called at 3:47pm. So far so good. I don't know why they booked both of us at the same time. More individuals are starting to come in now ( 4:04pm ). Another issue I I was concerned about before we made this chance was that the Doctor who prescribed Xanax and like medication's was only in on Thursday's . I'm in the Doctors waiting room and it's 4:24pm. Another additional thought the office appears to use cheap equipment. One more concern came up when went to put in how many mg of Xanax I was taking their system only went to 3mg and I'm at 6mg now. The office needs an upgrade. The Doctor was very prompt in seeing me. I found him to be excellent. Communicates well and knows what to do and prescribe. So far I'm impressed.
