This place is ok. I took my daughter to do her nails and the technician said $50 when he was doing my daughters' nails but then he said $60 at charging. Be careful. I know for sure they talk bad about their clients. Don't know why they don't talk in English with their customers. It's disrespectful when they talk a different language and they look at other people while they talk. It feels like they're talking about them. The only time they will talk to you in English is when they ask you what you're there for and when it's time to pay. read more

Awesome nail salon with reasonable prices. I drive out here from wherever I am to be seen by Lisa, she is my favorite. As far as nail techs go miss Holly does amazing shapes and my gel x nails last a good 4-5 weeks in good condition and that's without me using gloves to clean my home. The place is orderly and pretty quick to service. All the staff here is welcoming. Their electric chairs are pretty comfortable too. I don't understand why they have so many negative reviews this place is awesome. read more

I like to do my nails and always looks for other places. A friend saw this place at instagram so we decided to come in. First, the way they greet is not right... they one you to sit right away... and don't even offer you options. Three times were ask to sit when I haven't even decided if I wanted to do my nails... work stations were dirty ... no customer service whatsoever. I can't wait to see my friend's nails... but as for service I will not return . Customer service and cleaning is important for me. read more

I've been coming here for months and I'm always impressed by the quality of service. Leo Jenny and Bebe are the best as well as the other staff very friendly . My nails always come out flawless, and the salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Service was ok. As soon as I walked in they had a seat ready which was nice. I originally wanted just a manicure but they said my nails were not even so they offered gel x ($50) I've had gel x before at another location. so I said why not. The tech did not size my nails correctly which I told him but still glued them on. I wanted them round and he said square was better. I said round please. After 3x he made them round but uneven. There is a sign that says to let the tech know if something is not right which I expressed several times throughout my set. I don't even want to show my nails. I don't mind paying $100 dollars for nails. As long as they are done correctly. As I was paying I notified they man who was charging, I told him I would come back because I didn't like my nails. He then said what did you not like? I said everything. The lady that was there said someone else can do it over but I honestly didn't want to make the man who did my nails feels uncomfortable. I asked for a nude color and I got peach. They charged me 51.50 after the fact. Which is ok. But I'd really like my nails to get fixed. read more

I came here about a week and a half ago.... My nails were pretty. When I walked out I noticed a hair was in two of my nails. I went inside and they were able to remove it. Then I go home and maybe 2 days later one of my thumb nails cracks down the middle while I was cooking. (I didn't hit it on anything at all I just looked down and saw it was split). I glued it together. Then day 5 I was getting up from a chair and barely pushed on it and my other thumb nail came completely off. Now today another two of mt Nails snapped in half when my dog bumped my hand. Idk if it's the techs fault or gel x nails just suck? But I paid so much for my Nails and for them to not even last a full week is terrible. I will not be returning. read more

Not even after 24 hours the nail polish came off. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly awful. From start to finish, the service was rushed and careless. The technician didn't even soak my fingers before attempting to clean my nails, which made the process painful. Nail shape are all uneven and they even left behind hangnails. To make matters worse, they cut the nail polish, didn't use a base coat, and the polish started chipping the very next day. That's unacceptable, especially for what they charge. It's clear they're cutting corners. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about proper technique or lasting results. read more

I've tried giving this nail salon a chance, but every time I come it's always something. Although I like their work, I feel like they need some work in some departments. It is really a hit or miss with them. I came in for a fill and was charged $65 dollars for a fill! I was shocked because normally my new sets range around the price. I asked owner for a break down of the price when paying and I was baffled to say the least. I was also charged $40 for a pedicure which is ridiculous. I tried liking this place but the inconsistency in pricing is a major turn off. read more

went it for a regular polish pedi and gel french tip manicure. It's pretty basic so I feel that given it's not alot of work on them with designs and different colors they should've put way more effort to making my nails look nice. I told them I want my nails squared and sharped edge not rounded. The lady working my toes cut my nails super short on one foot and left the others regular shaped. She finished the entire pedicure in 20 mins. Had me literally just dip my feet for 10 seconds twice and didn't take off the dead cuticle around my toes at all and her application of polish was also horrible, rushed and didn't clean the areas of polish on my skin. The lady working on my hands didn't cut my nails so they would match in length and some were filed round and were crooked, I told her to file them square and straight twice and didn't bother doing it. I had to ask for the file to shape them correctly and two of nails are short now compared to the others. She couldn't give me a basic french tip either. Kept making a extremely thin line and I want the white part of nail covered I had to tell her 3 times and she made it seem like I was the problem , even showed her a picture and still didn't try to fix it. I had to tell her to remove the polish and just leave it clear instead. I feel language is always a barrier but I try my best to explain. Not coming here again :/ read more

Service was pretty good but they changed nail techs and they kept fidgeting and don't get me wrong they actually did a good job with the design I chose but literally days later my nail broke like nothing also the day of getting nails done they made me bleed from my pinky. When I entered they repeatedly kept asking me "pedicure? Pedicure?" It made me forced but I had to repeat myself "only manicure" along with that it made me feel like the vibe was off. read more

Nice and fast service my experience with my sister and I was good not the best my sister had her full set done everything went great except for a finger nail that the paint wasn't well painted I had a manicure pretty quick of a job she did could had taken a bit more time giving me my hand massage but she speed thru it before offering me a eyebrow wax on which I agreed to everything went good but a few minus points for a few hairs that were still left on my eye lid which she could have tweezed out over all they could do much better on detail work and over view of their work other than that ok place close to home and not to expensive read more

I wish I could have given them 5 starts. They sat me quick, but when I told them I only wanted manicure and only pedicures no gel or color, both nail technician rush me and cut my cuticles multiple times. Usually when I only do mani and pedi in other places, they at least put clear nail polish, here they don't even do that. My manicure was horrible uneven nails, and didn't clean my nails well. For a 20 minute job they charge me $48 dollars, yes I had gel, but the fact that they did a horrible job is not worth the pain or quick 20 minutes. read more

They took me very late on Sunday, which I appreciate. Went in for a fill, but they insisted on a new set. Tony did a great job. 4 stars because for this length it was $60 and it felt super rushed, but overall I really like them and have received so many compliments on the design I chose. read more

Love this spot for my gel x nails. I don't believe they take reservations but whoever takes you is usually pretty great. The pedicures are good too, would recommend. You can call before you arrive to gauge the waiting time but usually they have so much staff, you wait no more than 5 minutes. Great service great people. They take Zelle which is super convenient. read more
