I went here a few weeks ago after it was recommended by a friend, and I was really excited to try them. I got both a pedicure and a hard gel manicure. During my pedicure, the technician drilled one of my toenails a little too hard. I felt a sting at the time but didn't think much of it. About two weeks later, that entire toenail ended up falling off. This has never happened to me before, so unfortunately, my first visit will also be my last. I also wasn't completely satisfied with my manicure. The hard gel didn't fully cover my nails, and the overall service felt a little rushed. The nail technicians also didn't come across as very friendly or welcoming. Awesome nail salon with reasonable prices. I drive out here from wherever I am to be seen by Lisa, she is my favorite. As far as nail techs go miss Holly does amazing shapes and my gel x nails last a good 4-5 weeks in good condition and that's without me using gloves to clean my home. The place is orderly and pretty quick to service. All the staff here is welcoming. Their electric chairs are pretty comfortable too. I originally wanted just a manicure but they said my nails were not even so they offered gel x ($50) I've had gel x before at another location. so I said why not. The tech did not size my nails correctly which I told him but still glued them on. I wanted them round and he said square was better. I said round please. After 3x he made them round but uneven. There is a sign that says to let the tech know if something is not right which I expressed several times throughout my set. I don't even want to show my nails. I don't mind paying $100 dollars for nails. As long as they are done correctly. As I was paying I notified they man who was charging, I told him I would come back because I didn't like my nails. He then said what did you not like? I said everything. The lady that was there said someone else can do it over but I honestly didn't want to make the man who did my nails feels uncomfortable. I came here about a week and a half ago.... My nails were pretty. When I walked out I noticed a hair was in two of my nails. I went inside and they were able to remove it. Then I go home and maybe 2 days later one of my thumb nails cracks down the middle while I was cooking. (I didn't hit it on anything at all I just looked down and saw it was split). I glued it together. Then day 5 I was getting up from a chair and barely pushed on it and my other thumb nail came completely off. Now today another two of mt Nails snapped in half when my dog bumped my hand. Idk if it's the techs fault or gel x nails just suck? Not even after 24 hours the nail polish came off. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly awful. From start to finish, the service was rushed and careless. The technician didn't even soak my fingers before attempting to clean my nails, which made the process painful. Nail shape are all uneven and they even left behind hangnails. To make matters worse, they cut the nail polish, didn't use a base coat, and the polish started chipping the very next day. That's unacceptable, especially for what they charge. It's clear they're cutting corners. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about proper technique or lasting results. read more

I've tried giving this nail salon a chance, but every time I come it's always something. Although I like their work, I feel like they need some work in some departments. It is really a hit or miss with them. I came in for a fill and was charged $65 dollars for a fill! I was shocked because normally my new sets range around the price. went it for a regular polish pedi and gel french tip manicure. It's pretty basic so I feel that given it's not alot of work on them with designs and different colors they should've put way more effort to making my nails look nice. I told them I want my nails squared and sharped edge not rounded. The lady working my toes cut my nails super short on one foot and left the others regular shaped. She finished the entire pedicure in 20 mins. Had me literally just dip my feet for 10 seconds twice and didn't take off the dead cuticle around my toes at all and her application of polish was also horrible, rushed and didn't clean the areas of polish on my skin. The lady working on my hands didn't cut my nails so they would match in length and some were filed round and were crooked, I told her to file them square and straight twice and didn't bother doing it. I had to ask for the file to shape them correctly and two of nails are short now compared to the others. She couldn't give me a basic french tip either. Kept making a extremely thin line and I want the white part of nail covered I had to tell her 3 times and she made it seem like I was the problem , even showed her a picture and still didn't try to fix it. I had to tell her to remove the polish and just leave it clear instead. I feel language is always a barrier but I try my best to explain. Not coming here again :/ read more

They sat me quick, but when I told them I only wanted manicure and only pedicures no gel or color, both nail technician rush me and cut my cuticles multiple times.
