So I usually go here but the last few time sive had the same nail tech and he did HORRIBLE. Im only 14 but he made an inappropriate comment saying "once you go black,you never go nack" once I asked for black nail polish. He could not do any designs and the small "star" he did was squiggly and bad. I believe his name was Kevin. He is the second chair in the first row. My nails turned out so bad I had to get them redone the same day. The other nail techs are great but he is horrible. He didn't even shape my nails correctly. read more

The lady I had was extremely rude to me. I paid 65$ for these acrylics and had showed them to another worker after and she was not pleasant to talk to either. I did not have a good experience. read more

Smell was really bad never going again. They messed up my nails and wouldn't even fix them. Her nails look like teeth and so do mine all we did was white nails and they made us pay 65 each and my 7 year old can in and got pink nails and they are chipping we want there today. I probably won't come back here unless I'm in a pinch. They only did an okay job on my nails and the nail tech made my nail crooked. When I told her to file it down straight, it was still crooked. She finally fixed it, but then didn't shape it how I wanted. I had to shape it at home. My pedicure was not phenomenal either. I told them multiple times that I didn't want the foot scrub, and the lady still tried to give me a foot scrub. My toes don't look great either, it looks like I painted them at home. Thankfully they only charged me for the paint and cuticle cut, instead of the basic works. read more

I have lived the the area for about 2 1/2 years and have been to a few different shops and didn't like them. I am from a small town in Texas and had been going to the same shop since they opened in the early 2000's because they treated you like they knew you every time you walked in the door even when you hadn't been in for 6+ months. This shop has that same vibe. The guys and gals in here were extremely friendly and talkative to their customers and seemed really interested in you. My mom and I had the $25 pedi and it contained hot wax, and hot towel massage. This is more than I had got for $25+ at other shops in the area. I plan to try the $33 next time, and there will be a next time with this shop! read more

I asked FB friends for a place that had quality products and service for mani/pedi's, a few said this place was great. One friend has been coming here for 20 yrs. I didn't have a good experience the first time, as the "dip" that is supposed to last a very long time cracked within a few days, and my toe nail polish began to come off within 2 days. Let me remind you that I was at home, in my home, not doing any hard work, as i was preparing for a trip to FL. If I did dishes, i put on heavy latex gloves, I did not stub my toes, nor go outside. I've had a lot of pedis and the polish from all different places can stay on for months....this started falling off in two days. You can't tell me that is a quality product, especially when I wan't doing anything but pampering myself. I was told to go back as they would want to fix it. They said they would do the mani again, but would not a pedi. I had my daughter with me and we both decided to give them a second chance on pedicure. We both got the most expensive pedi, which included everything, we were excited about the callus removal, but were deeply disappointed as they didn't do much more than others getting the cheapest pedi. My daughter showed them were her heals were rough, I asked if they could do more for my big toe calluses, and they didn't seem to really care. Then when it came for a design, we were thrilled to know that was included in our pedi. Disappointed again, as they asked "what design would you like". We asked "what do you have or do?" They said nothing, you have to tell us...ugh...my daughter said "some swirls". They didn't understand so they told us to look on google, so we did, we picked out normal everyday designs, and they just sat there. I finally said "do what ever you do". Without going on another page, we were not happy with results. The expensive pedi my daughter and I both ordered was totally different by who was doing it. The young gal my daughter had did an amazing longggg hot stone massage, that I couldn't wait to get after my dip nails. I had a young man who did jerked stones around fast and abruptly and ended in a few minutes. I had high hopes, but will not be back. (I tipped 25% first time hoping they would do a good job, but the tip didn't help get quality service either. Most of the employees were kind, but that didn't help a product that came off within days of doing everything to protect them. My daughter didn't want to go on our trip with the terrible design job they did on hers. When we got to FL I had my redone asap, as the "dip" cracks and is so thick it was snagging my clothes. read more
