literally so shady & treated me like dog sh-t, went online for my appt for a FULL set design & toe polish change. Andy called me 2 min later asking me to come a half hour earlier & I was agreeable. when I arrived, he walks me over to the girl who I had requested(& won't be ever again), he told me Anita will do my fill" but may not have time for my color change - because she has someone coming at 5:30pm. I said What? I didn't book a fill & you actually called ME back knowing this. I sat down & told the girl I need a full set my nails were growing under. I also gave her the picture I wanted of a red rose & she said ok. I told her to pick the red. i also told her I'm sick of coming in & getting the run around I'm a paying consumer. She proceeds to remove my polish & TIPS & then says next time you can get a set, no time today. all my nails were back to short & she also had three other workers lingering around us showing her You tube videos on how to do a ROSE. Never got the built up gel rose that I asked for & then she takes out a sticker . I told her absolutely not . I want it drawn. She had done cherries before and I liked them. she was still working on me & her loud 5:30 appt came in & I had to hear all about how she didnt get to have her usual girl because she wasn't finished with me. Excuse me?? who's fault was that? I work as a caseworker my own time is valuable & I don't appreciate any of the drama . it's meant to be self care time. here's the icing on the proverbial cake- Andy then tells me it'll be $102 ( that's with a coupon). I asked him what that price is for ? even with a full set & design I've never paid that amount! He couldn't even explain it & calls Anita over to ask her what she did. Get this- she told him she put fresh acrylic( the cheapest stuff offered) over my own nails until next appointment- and tried calling it a full set. Crooks. The whole thing was disgustingly ridiculous & my nails didn't look good or worth $102!!! With a coupon they tried to over talk me a bunch of gibberish like I'm stupid. I think everyone ought to be careful . the lady who stands at the front is a cold inpersonable fixture too who's just $$$$$$$$$$. Never again! should have gotten exactly what I wanted & been treated like a regular. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I always get dip powder and although they all do a nice job with the shaping the nails, at least one or 2 nails break a week into my manicure. I am a fool because i have come back 5 times now thinking it was my fault. But no I was wrong!! 4 days ago was my last time paying money here. 3 nails broke already!! This is now my second visit here and the Ice Dancer pedicures are really so relaxing! Andy and the entire staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The massage chairs are great and coupled with the hot stone massage that's included in this pedicure, it's truly a luxurious experience. My biggest complaint would have to be with my manicure, the nail on the index finger of my right hand is visibly crooked. The overall shape an thickness of my nails are just not well done and don't look very professional. I really hoped that the first time was a fluke because of how busy they were, but on my second visit I was one of only two customers in the salon. read more

SCAM BEWARE!!! PHOTOSHOP!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Read whole review**My wife came here for a BIRTHDAY SET of nails. She was told by the manager that the employee doing her nails was not only a licensed professional, but that she was the BEST, and could do "anything". That was NOT the case at all. My wife left crying. She asked for a nice blue set with gems and a design . She sat there for 2 hours as the woman BUTCHERED the process. Then, with the upmost patience, my wife asked for a simpler set. Just a French tip. As a "professional, this should've been no problem. I don't believe this woman had a license or even a brain. Worst experience by far. The whole process took over 4 hours!!! The "salon" if you can call it that, was closed at this point and even the MANAGER had LEFT with a clearly dissatisfied customer still in the store AFTER CLOSEEEE. My wife was stuck with this ignorant excuse for an employee. My wife still didn't get nearly what she wanted and the employee managed to mess up plain black nails. This place is a scam. Point blank period. The photos on their website of "past clients" are photoshopped. The boss told my wife this word for word on the phone later that night after begging her not to post about the business on social media. My very first visit here was maybe 2-3 months after they opened and they were great! The owners are a couple and the lady did my manicure and it was perfect, another worker did my pedicure and I could tell she didn't really know what she was doing beyond the painting of the toe nails. My second visit was a month later, the husband did. My nails and he wasn't as gentle and precise as his wife he still did a great job and he also did my pedicure himself and he was definitely better than my previous visit but still not luxury. I also got my eyebrows waxed at This visit and that was a very relaxing experience and she did a great job. Every visit since has just gotten worse. Highly over priced, poor communication skills from the workers, lack of professionalism in terms of quality (especially for the prices you pay). I stopped using them as my go to after the 4/5th visit but returned bc my usual place had no openings for a last minute girls day with my best friend on Feb 1 2023, the only girl who spoke English greated us, I told her we wanted 2 full sets with gel acrylics and 2 pedicures and 1 eyebrow wax, she informed me she was the only person who can do a full set and it needs to be powder dipped bc that was what she could do... neither of us have ever done the dip before but we agreed to try it, after sitting for about 5 mins she had 2 other girls who did not speak English well come and get us and began doing our nails, I asked to get sparkles/glitter on the ring finger of each hand, she said ok but never put the glitter on and bc I never got dip before I didn't know the process so I didn't realize it was done without the glitter until she was doing the hand massage and I didn't feel like being a Karen and complaining so I let it go. When we got to the pedicure I have no complaints beyond I asked for upgraded package with the sugar scrub and didn't receive it just the regular basic pedi. Then they began to ask me to pay, I asked what about my eyebrows and the owner told me he wasn't going to do my eyebrows today because it takes too long to heat the wax, at 3pm on a Wednesday!!! $70 for an hombre dip. I asked several times for them to be thin/natural, and they are very thick. I asked for them to be thinned out and the nice lady seemed very annoyed (they're still super thick). In fairness, I'm pretty picky and don't like drills on my natural nail either. But for $70, you should get them exactly the way you want...which I didn't. Won't be back, sadly. read more

2 hours for the worst pedicure ever! The technician just kept applying nail polish to try and cover up the mess up she did, it was so thick, then I looked at my nails she cut some so short there was barely any room for nail polish. Uneven and messy. I was one of 3 people in there today that was complaining about the pedicures! NEVER AGAIN!!! Stay away!!! read more

I would advise NOT to patronize Q Nails & Spa. I have been customer to Q Nails for approximately 8 months. I switched to them from my former salon, due to the cleanliness of salon and their vamped up COVID-19 precautions my previous salon did have in place, as well as for the ease of making an appointment online. However, the service is shoddy. My first few appointments were very pleasant, however as time went on the service deteriorated. I was at the salon 8 days ago and paid $135.00, plus tip, for a sub-par pedicure and a fill (both services with Gel Polish). I return to the salon today, 8 days later at my scheduled with no nails left on my hands and feet like sandpaper. I scheduled an appointment time of 9:00AM, so as to speak with the owner Andi before other clients arrived. I advised him that I was very unhappy with the service I had received, and I wanted to let hi know in person and offer him the opportunity to make it right. He said he would make it right, he would do my pedicure, but advised that I should change from the UV Gel I have been using for years to the powder gel and shorten the length of my nails, the same length I have had for years. I did as he recommended. The pedicure was fine, nothing extraordinary, and I do not love the nails. 3 hours later when they are all done, I am presented with another $135.00. I paid the tab and left. The salon was filled at the time, and I did not want to make a scene. Unless you feel that I am being unreasonable, having paid $270.00 in an 8-day time for substandard service, STAY AWAY!!! read more
