This had been my first time going to Chloe's. Walking in, I was very impressed by the atmosphere. The salon looked comfortable, and modern. I decided to do a light brown as a base, and get chrome on top. The chrome she put on my nails was gold, and did not blend well, as you can see in the picture. The shape was not what I asked for. I showed a reference photo of an almond, rounded nail, and she almost gave me a coffin shape. Also, my cuticles were horrendous, and she did not clean them up after my service was done. The following day, I called the salon to come in and for them to fix my nails, considering the lines on the bottom of each nail. Because of their closing time, I was not able to go, and ended up going somewhere else for a color change. In the end, I paid $70 for this set, without a tip. I do not recommend. Th is is my second time getting my nails done here. Today I teated myself to a pedicure, too. Both times the salon was clean offered a relaxing atmosphere. It doesn't seem like a very busy salon, so neither time I had to wait. Ask for Hope (Esperanza). She was friendly and I LOVED my nails. I think she's there Wed-Saturday. If I could rate less stars I would! I came here with my daughter and her friend. We made an appointment to be done at the same time. I only wanted a polish change. The Hispanic staff that did my nails was awfully rude huffing and puffing that she had to work. Argued with me that I had acrylic nails, I said NO I have GEL nails. Where I typically get my nails done she pulls out a jar of pink gel and puts it on my nails, but this young lady really arguing with me that I'm incorrect! They CHARGED $55.00 and a fee for using the credit card machine just for a polish change! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF FIND ANOTHER SALON TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE! The polish job looks like a 4 year old did it. Lumps uneven paint and she was so sloppy that she even dropped polish on my hands and never cleaned it. looking at the pricing list I was charge $15.00 more then what is listed on the webpage. I was in the area getting some work on my car and need to kill some time so I walked in for a manicure. Place very large and spacious with a nice ambiance. Not sure if I would give it a perfect "10" on Covid protocols......they had plexiglass but were not wearing gloves. The gentleman that did my nails did a nice job and I am very pleased......a bit pricier than most....a gel manicure is usually 25.00 and their price is 30.00! read more

A co-worker said she paid $30 for a pedi a few days ago. She said she loved it and recommended them. The older woman who did my pedi was bad. And at the end, I was charged $45 for the same "pedi" as my friend. My daughter did love Hope who did her feet and nails, but I feel way overcharged for what I received. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed a new salon. I found Chloe's on Yelp and decided to give it a try. This is 100% the best nail place I may have ever been. They have lots of colors and everyone always pays so much attention to detail. I believe I've had 3 different people do my nails and they have all been amazing. My first time I went I wasn't sure if I liked it and was told I could come back the next day if I still didn't like it. I also take a while to choose a color and everyone is always patient and I don't feel rushed at all. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for when I wanted to go. The prices are also very reasonable I do dip which is $40. I would recommend Chloe's to anyone who is looking for a salon. My nails also last 3-4 weeks and the dip doesn't chip at all! read more

Not to be a Karen, but this salon was not the best. I asked for gel tips, and got acrylic. I got the nails on the week of Christmas, they are still on 2 months later. I've tried many ways to remove these, nothing has worked. I've tried olive oil, acetone, cutting, nothing gets these nails off. read more

I had really high hopes for this salon but unfortunately was incredibly disappointed. I made a reservation at 10AM for three mani/pedis on a Sunday. We were booked no issue. We arrived on time for our appointment and were seated in pedicure chairs right away. One person from our group was started immediately. The second person was started about 10-15 min after. I was not started until almost an hour after our appointment time. About 40 minutes into our visit I asked if someone would be available to start my pedicure soon and I was told someone would be free soon. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. By the time my pedicure began, the first person from our group had already finished both her pedi and mani. After two hours at the salon, only one person had her mani/pedi completed. Two of us had to cancel our manicures because the pedicures ended up taking so long. Everyone was incredibly nice, but the employees seemed overwhelmed and the reservation system is clearly inefficient. I ended up going to a different salon the following day to have my manicure done. If you decide to come here, I would try and avoid busy days like weekends. read more

I normally go in to see my manicurist BUT today I called him stating I was in a hurry and needed a quick gel pedicure (was tight for time) I get in and they go back and forth and I end up with Mary (very sweet timid only spanish girl in the salon), we all know how uncomfortable it is going to a nail salon and they speak back and forth in their language let's face it they are talking about 1 out of the 4 or 5 customers that don't speak their language. Well let me tell you how this young girl Mary was treated by the women that work there, this poor girl is treated differently they are outright bullies to her. The UV light machine that Mary was using on me ran out of battery, the poor girl apologized to me 5 times or more as she went to all of female workers asking to borrow theirs as they shunned her away because she was not one of them. To say that I was beyond upset is an understatement! As an immigrant myself NOBODY has the right to make you feel like you are worthless regardless of your skin color, your race or ethnicity especially when their story is not much different. These women should be ashamed of themselves! It's 2022 if you are only accepting of your own than you are living in the wrong country as this beautiful country is made of diversity and equality! read more

I have been here before and got a full set of acrylics and they turned out great! I went back a second time and my experience was not great. I had made an appointment before hand and got there 5 minutes early and ending up waiting an extra 40 minutes while they took walk ins who came in after me. The women who did my nails had just finished someone's pedicure, which she paid 60 dollars for, and asked for something to be fixed up on her toes before she left, she told the women " there was nothing she could do about it" and then proceeded to start my nails, that turned out terrible. My acrylics usually last me a little over two weeks and I usually pay about 45 dollars for a simple set. The set i got done from here barely lasted me a week and a half and nails were already coming off left and right. She left the paint on my nails looking all botchy and for a simple set of white acrylics for 55 dollars, it was definitely not worth it. read more
