The coat even had the same wrinkles in it at the bottom as when dropped off (like they didn't press or finish it properly). Still stains on the front. Was like they did nothing. My sister's cats are rescue cats that are declawed and the part they they ruined is the part that is not accessible because it goes between the bottom of the mattress and the bed's baseboard.
