She was impolite…read moreand frankly disrespectful to the students, considering this is their senior photos you would think they were nicer. She is passive aggressive and has the worst attitude I have seen in a service worker. The photos themselves look uncanny and the poses chosen make the people getting photographed look weird, stiff, and uncomfortable. I would not book this studio and explore other options. The staff are rude photos are not something I would pay more than 20$ for. Book somewhere else.

We paid up front for this…read moreservice, finished the photo session, and he said the process for completing the photos and getting them back to us would not take long. Because of the heat, these photos were taken in his studio in front of a green screen, so we understood up front that he would need time to edit the photos and insert a background. Here is the timeline for our attempts to get the pictures we paid for: 2 months after pictures have been taken- After no contact for this entire time, we reach out to him. He mentions that he has been incredibly busy, but will get our pictures within a week. 2 months & 2 weeks- No contact well after first deadline. Reach out to him for update on pictures. It took a few days for him to respond. He again apologizes and says that he has been busy. He will have the pictures ready for viewing within a week. 3 months- No contact from him. We have to initiate contact again multiple times for him to respond. Without giving a deadline, he simply insists that he is too busy, for right now. He does offer a refund over text as well as the pictures, but we just say that we want the pictures and have no problem paying for his service. After insisting on a deadline, he gives a date 2 weeks later. 3 months & 2 weeks- We initiate contact with him after that deadline goes by and he says he will be done in 5 days. Last contact with him was over 2 weeks ago. I have attempted to contact him, saying we would accept the unaltered photos and refund, but he has not responded, except once to tell me that contacting him will not increase the speed of his completion. My family and I have known this man for years and I post this with a great deal of sadness. Maybe he handled his business professionally at a previous time, but at this point we feel as if we have been taken advantage of. UPDATE: I was promptly contacted within 30 minutes of posting this. The response was threat of physical harm and anger that I would jeopardize his business by posting a bad review.

And showed us her mini session offer. We thought, oh well that's what we were there for to begin with... That's why the kiddos were in their costumes why not get a professional photographer take it for us... Not a bad idea... And for a great price... How could we pass up the deal of the day, right?!?! So when we got the photos, I was sooo happy to see how great they turned out! So glad she approached us and we said yes! Referred a few people to her since then and this year we took the fambam again for another pumpkin patch photo session! Natalie is such a sweet lady and was so patient with our kiddos... Yes, they're older now but it's still a challenge to get them to take a good photo... especially together!!! I definitely recommend that you use her for your next family photo! She also does mini sessions throughout the year... Like her FB page to get updates. And for your party needs, she also have Kiss Me Photobooth for rent!

Been using Natalie and NY Fotography pretty much annually for 6 years now. Not gonna lie, our…read morefamily digs family pictures and we're trying to capture a moment in time with all our kids while they're young. Started out with Newborn pics with our 3rd child, and now has turned into our 3rd child being 6 years old almost. From the moment we met Natalie, she just oozes sweetness and was super great with our kids, but crazy patient with our family. We've got 4 kids, all super young, and she couldn't be sweeter, which really helps keeps us at ease when us parents are basically freaking out, she's just fantastic. So #1, she's great with people and even better with kids. Obviously, 2) it goes without saying that she's a fantastic photographer. We always get more great pictures than we could've hoped for. Never just one or two keepers amongst 100. It's always enough to fill an album if you wanted, but more importantly, what we'd refer to as Frameable... as in above the fireplace mantle for everyone to see. And 3) the pics are yours to keep digitally. Natalie has given us options to purchase various pics/prints/frames/albums, which we've done, but really what we appreciate is that we get to keep all the prints. No awkwardness to any of it like we have to buy any product from her. That's never been the case, which is way cool. In our crazy heads, we hope to keep doing pics with Natalie annually until she very well possibly might be doing our kids wedding pics.

I didn't want to come here to write a bad review, but i've been upset for weeks now and I think its…read moreimportant to share my experiences with Valdophye so that other people can make a more informed decision. I don't know if Eliseo rushed through my photos or what. He said they all had minor editing/retouching, but I don't think that's the case. All my photos (all 500-600 of them) have yellow/dark lighting and my photos have the backdrop cut off. Unfortunately, I can't use most of these photos because of the poor quality. When sharing the photos with multiple family members, all commented on the poor quality. It seemed to me that he didn't care about what he was giving me. Unfortunately, the photos look like a compilation of ones people took on their iPhones. I asked Eliseo if there was anything that could be done about the photos. Again, he didn't care to make it right. He told me the photos already had minor retouching. My intention and request was to work with Eliseo to improve my photos. The backdrops were already cut off and there was nothing that could be done about that. However, the lighting could have been modified to make them look less dark and yellow. When I conveyed this to Eliseo, I got a very nasty response back via text saying "I'm a 50x international award winning photographer and if you wanted something different it should have been brought to our attention... as far as professional it does not get any more professional than us thank you". I never in a million years expected this type of disrespectful response and it was very uncalled for. I also didn't know i had to tell a professional photographer to make sure they use good lighting and to not cut off the backdrop. I'm still very upset about everything that happened and again, he didn't even try to make it right. I spent $2,000 for one day photo and video and looking back, I wish I would have picked another photographer. What I will say though, if the lighting on my photos were adjusted and fixed, I would have been okay. The fact that he didn't care to do so and was extremely rude on top of it just left me very dissatisfied.
